His is for the 88-98 C-1500 series. I checked Andy's Hobby Headquarters' website (where Luca Cee sells his products) and they're not available yet. However, if you check out Lex's Scale Models, he has them for $11.75 shipped -

I'm using the blue decals - you can have the white ones. They are from the 1991 release of that kit

I can suggest a fix: use a piece of Evergreen tubing and cap it with a plastic disc punched from sheet plastic using a hole punch
