    Yes I did. I layered some thin styrene then filled in the gaps with Tamiya putty, then lots of sanding.

    AMT Christine kit, first one I had molded in white, stripped off all the chrome and painted it matt black, hubcaps are also matt black. Roof and inlay are regular black, body is Seafoam green. I cut the chassis to accommodate large Drag 500 slicks. Motor came from the 57 Chrysler 300 kit. Radio antenna is in the “down” racing position, actually I snapped it off.

    Trying something a little different. I stripped the chrome, going to paint it all flat black. I cut the chassis to fit large drag tires. I painted the body seafoam green.

    Seems like the AMT Christine kit’s roof is too low. I measured both pictures, I know angles are different ect., and it definitely looks lower. Curious what others think.
