  1. Three beauties, looks like they just drove off the showroom.
  2. Yes I did. I layered some thin styrene then filled in the gaps with Tamiya putty, then lots of sanding.
  3. AMT Christine kit, first one I had molded in white, stripped off all the chrome and painted it matt black, hubcaps are also matt black. Roof and inlay are regular black, body is Seafoam green. I cut the chassis to accommodate large Drag 500 slicks. Motor came from the 57 Chrysler 300 kit. Radio antenna is in the “down” racing position, actually I snapped it off.
  4. I’ve got the 49 Ford traction bars.
  5. Awesome detail work!
  6. Really nice, would like to see a few more pics.
  7. Great build, dig those Ontario plates.
  8. Matte black trim and roof.
  9. Not sure yet, I have a 426 hemi I may try to shoehorn in.
  10. Really cool, great all around build.
  11. Trying something a little different. I stripped the chrome, going to paint it all flat black. I cut the chassis to fit large drag tires. I painted the body seafoam green.
  12. Seafoam Christine.
  13. Seems like the AMT Christine kit’s roof is too low. I measured both pictures, I know angles are different ect., and it definitely looks lower. Curious what others think.
  14. Real nice build. Love the steelies.
  15. My work area is our kitchen table, not a lot of room in a basement apartment.
  16. He ran it in the Firecracker 400 that same year except it was painted white.
  17. Real nice paint and vinyl roof.
  18. Great work, like others comments, I like the stock feel of the build.
  19. Pretty cool creation.
