I have a bunch if needed…

I really don’t need to be starting another build. Oh well, never stopped me before. Grey primer and white topcoat to start. Going to add some red to the body. Will be building it 60’s style.

Great build, love the engine detail. -
Finally complete. See under glass.

Started with the AMT ‘59 Cadillac Ambulance kit. I cut 3/4” out of the body and chassis. I cut out the rear wheel wells to give it a hot rod look. I applied styrene to the rear windows to make it a panel. Lots of putty and sanding. This kit is a curb side, no engine. I tried to paint it purple with spider webs but it was a disaster so I sanded it down and went with a single color. I decided against decals.

Wow…one awesome build, it even looks like there is glass between the doors and the interior.

Wow, excellent build! -
Masked it, sprayed purple, unmasked. Didn’t turn out like I imagined. Think I’ll sand it down and try again with a solid color. I’ll leave spider webs to the spiders. 🕷️

Third round of putty/sanding/primer is complete. Still some imperfections but good enough for me. A coat of matte black and now I’ll have to wait a few days before applying tape and another color.
