  1. I've seen that one, to rich for my blood. Hopefully Round 2 will reissue it like the other kits like the '68 Coronets and '71 Demon. I'm very surprised that they haven't, we've had the nice Talladega and Cobra sports roofs since it was reissued in 1990, the '68, and '69 Torino hardtop and convertible kits would probably fly off the shelves like those Coronets and Demon kits are going to do, I'm going to start saving to buy at least a case of the Demon and 68 Coronets.
  2. I'm looking for both of these, Any help would be great, I wish round 2 would bring them both back.
  3. I'd love to see the AMT 1969 Ford Torino Cobra hardtop kit brought back out. I think it was only made as an annual back when the car was new. That one and the 1968 AMT Torino convertible pace car also.
  4. Great looking build, I wish round 2 would bring this kit back!!
  5. Any updates on this?
  6. I really like the MPC kits of these cars, I own five of the '73s I'm we working on a Chevelle Malibu out of one of them.
  7. Awesome! I'll check into it.. I've always loved the Chevelle, Laguna and Monte Carlo NASCAR'S from that era.
  8. Great looking build, I recently just got back into building nascar kits again, how would I find that nose piece? I'm also wanting to start on Cale Yarborough's standard '73 Chevelle. Has anyone attempted to combine the MPC and AMT body parts? What gold did you use for this build?
  9. Great looking build
  10. Wow, That Buick looks incredible!!!
  11. Looks great, How do I purchase one?
  12. I've got a few of his kits, The '69 Polara's, And Fury's, '67 Oldsmobile Dynamic 88 , '77 New Yorker. I have no idea what to use for interiors..
  13. Any news on this beautiful conversion work? Is the body going to be cast in resin? I'd buy a couple of them for sure.
  14. Great looking build, I have an original unbuilt version, the reissue one from a few years ago, and a couple other versions of the AMT 70 Impala in different box art, these kits are one of my favorites to build. I have plans for building one in Autumn Gold with the tan vinyl roof and interior. And yes the bowtie hubcaps are in the original version, the reissue had all new wheels.
  15. What colors did you use for the body, And interior? Great looking color combination, this has to be one of the best builds I've ever seen of the AMT '70 Impala.
  16. It would be great if we can figure out a way to get one done. Seems 1968 car's are overlooked alot. Just the dash, removing the headrests from the seats and moving the Nova emblems to the rear quarter's. I'd love to see Revell bring out the Grumpy's Toy '68 Nova.
  17. It has the 350 under the hood.
  18. It's the revell '69 C.O.P.O Nova with the model car garage photoetch emblems.
  19. Here's some pictures of my old build from around 11 years ago.
  20. I'm currently working on the Revell '69 Nova. But I'm going to backdate it to the '68, the only real difference is the dash, And headrests in the interior. As far as the body, just the fender gills need to be removed. I have the model car garage detail set for the emblems. My question is what dashboard would be close, or could I convert the kit part. Back when I built my '68 Acadian 11 years ago that was the only flaw. The dashboard. I just got back on the forum yesterday as my old account unfortunately got lost. SPKGIBSON was my old account on here. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated. These two cars are the one's I'm working on.
  21. Any updates on this?
