  1. I found this, it's from my old account, I sold this car a few years ago for close to $300. I'll build a new one from the new kit the same way.
  2. When making a 1972 Demon, don't forget to change the trunk also, it uses the 72-76 duster/dart trunk with the body line down the center. Base interior can come from the '75/'76 Dart kits.
  3. Please do this!!! Us Mopar fans have been wanting this for years!!!
  4. I second this, also make the '68 and '69 Coronet as Dick Landy drag cars. Offer flat hoods with the 500 grills for us that want something other then the R/T.
  5. Awesome, Finally we get to make a 1967 based on the '66 body style, definitely want both years of them.
  6. Great addition to add, I'll be ordering soon!
  7. I'd be interested in one of these conversions, I owned a Carmine Red Metallic with a Red interior 1979 back in 1989 when It was gifted to me on my 16th birthday.
  8. I'm looking for the hood, grills and possibly emblems to make these, I've started to fill in the custom hood to make the flat hood if none are available, the grill is the hard part, I'm also wanting to make on of them into the Coronet 440, anyone who knows where to get these parts please share with us, I'm also wondering where I can find bench seats for both style interiors.
  9. Is anyone doing this now? I'm wanting to make one of the hardtops into a 500 model Coronet.
  10. Definitely going to be a great looking build, I never thought to use the Revell '64-'66 chassis in the MPC/AMT '67-'72 kits, a lot more detailed then the one supplied, I'd love to stretch one for the '70-'72 GMC truck I've been working on. I'm doing the 8 foot bed.
  11. Great looking build!!!!
  12. Wow that's turning out nice! I'd love to do this with one of the new '71 Demon kits, or the Up and coming MPC based 1972. Those seats look great! As does rest.
  13. Great tips, does it matter what kind of resin it's made from? Why I'm asking is some of these castings have softer resin, I've personally used lacquer thinner with no issues, also nail polish remover, but I'm unsure if it would ruin the resin company's are now using. The stuff I stripped in the past was an R&R kit and a Modelhaus kit. No issues with that stuff at all.
  14. That's one great looking truck, I wish I knew the actual color of this. Diamond Blue? I don't own the '68 brochure yet
  15. WOW! I'm really liking how this is looking so far, Great colors on it!
  16. Looking great so far, who makes the V6?
  17. So you I'm actually working on this kit right now, I've had the kit for a few years now, I own three of them, I must take a very long time to build, I have the chassis built and in Black primer, the engine is built and painted in the correct Ford blue, that's it for the paint so far, I just now sanded off the trim to make the base '68 F-250, I do plan on using an actual factory correct color for the paint, I'm going off my '67 dealer brochure and photos off of Google for the proper details, I'm also doing the same thing with the 1967 F-100 I'm building from the service bed kit. I found the complete stock bed off eBay, And tossed that in my kit. So hopefully I can get both of them done by next year or so, I don't have a lot of time because of family obligations right now. Hopefully I can find more time in the future, I used to be able to do a nice looking build in a week or so when I did have more time.
  18. Great looking build, I'm working on one right now, I'm in the process of removing all the molded in trim on it, it's going to be painted Diamond Green.
  19. Great looking build, I would love to find one of those '73 F100's for myself!
  20. Beautiful build, are any of the GMC conversion parts available?
  21. I'm working on the long bed version right now, I have a 1968 and '67 I started three years ago. Mainly have to put paint on both of them and order the emblem set from Model Car Garage. Mines going to be Diamond Green for the '68 and either Tiffany Blue or Trafalgar Turquoise for the '67. I haven't decided yet on the color. These have to be the best model truck kits ever made in my opinion. You certainly did a great job on your build.
  22. Very nice, I never even knew these existed!! Is there any other year's available? Great looking build!!!!
  23. Very nicely done , I love the brass trim.
  24. I certainly do have to agree with your comments on this subject, I'd actually love to be able to get all of these wonderful kits for free, I personally would build them the way to they should be, just because you didn't have to pay for it shouldn't make you less caring in the builds, I just watched the MPC '68 Coronet builds last night, both kits I still haven't been able to get yet, He just flew through them both, slapped them together like no big deal, these are kits we've all longed for , Free, let's see how fast I can get it together. I'm really having mixed feelings about the whole free models to YouTube channels, I know I could do a better build on a lot of these kits, where's my free kits to build, I can photograph them when finished. That's not going to happen for most of us though, I'll just continue to enjoy and encourage our hobby to everyone. This person should actually do a proper job on all the stuff he's getting from the model companies to showcase what they look like properly painted and detailed, Shadows in painting model car kits? No it's halfway painted and looks absolutely terrible, I've never heard of such a thing. Just my two cents!
  25. That's what's happening to me, these Moebius Ford Truck kits are my absolute favorite kits to build, thanks to him I really would have never really given them a second thought until I seen how nicely they go together.
