Sorry about the lousy pictures from my phone. I have a new camera and took pictures with it but they were too large to download. Thanks

I started this car a few years ago when I had my 1968 Charger 1:1 car and wanted to replicate it. I have since sold the Charger (sad) it was an 38000 mile survivor, but finishing up the model this week. I need to do some correcting on the chassis / body fit and attach the rear bumper but overall I am about finished. This is an orginal 1968 Charger MPC kit. If you have built one you know they are not entirely accurate. The roof panel has the incorrect emblem behind the Charger signature that is not on the 1:1 car and the interior has an incorrect console. The stripes and side markers are from Keith Mark's decals. I used the orignal white paint from MCW Paints for a 1968 Dodge and tried to replicate a closer finish to my 68 Charger so I did not use clear coat. It polishes out very well. Thanks for looking

I used the MPC Dart kit to build a Dodge Dart Hang Ten about three years ago. I used Keith Mark's decals. It came out pretty well

Me too on the vendors from EBAY. I don't think mine is shipped yet and I thought it would be by Saturday. -

When I get mine I plan to start it right away. I am finishing an original 68 MPC Charger this week. I have everything ready but I don't have the kit and my local hobby shop doesn't have them. I bought one off EBAY and I assume I should get it within this week. -
That is a good job.

I believe the strope stripe in green is V4J. I think Peter Sessler's Red Book on Mopar Muscle cars is pretty accurate. I am Chrysler Dodge Jeep dealer and I wonder what it would be like to try to release a spec book in say 10 years with all of the changes that Chrysler makes on a regular basis today esp Challengers. Though I think it would be easier today with the internet and the wealth of information out there. I have to say I have learned quite a bit about Cuda's in the past week! From what all of you have shared and doing digging on my own on the internet. Thanks everyone.

Tim you are right about updates on the Hamtramck sight. I have used it quite a bit for original info on my 1975 Roadrunner. You know Ricahrd Carpenter from the singing group has an original non restored 70 Cuda 440+6. It has a red stripe on it and I remember reading an article years ago about the car and I believe the car hasn't been restored. It has a red stripe. Here is a link http://www.richardandkarencarpenter.com/Auto-04%201970%20Plymouth%20Barracuda%20'Cuda.htm Thanks everyone for all the info I have learned through these posts. I thought I knew everything about 70 Cuda's but I was wrong.
