  1. One more with wheels tested
  2. I painted the 993 tonight in Aventurine green. Need to sand and clear but coming along. Paint color looks pretty close to the 1:1 color. Took the photos in the kitchen so not the greatest
  3. Looks great. I am building an Italeri Porsche 993 right now. Your car looks great.
  4. Looking great
  5. That is a great build. I have one down in the basement and it makes me want to build it.
  6. Looks very good and looks like something that I would see at a car show.
  7. Good and accurate building write up. I built two this past year. I have a 65 Coronet 500 1:1 in bright red and with just polishing the body the model came out pretty close to the paint color of my 1:1 car. I painted the interior, the engine and the firewall on my red build but did not paint much of anything on the white metallic one I built. The cars make up a pretty good replica and I do think the one weak point is the grill. I put some wsw decals on the tires and thought they came out good. I think the original AMT/MPC got the body better and the grill is better but the hubcaps are not correct for a 500 and the only engine is a race Hemi etc. Also a tad more expensive to obtain.
  8. How cool!
  9. Looks very good. Love the wheels even though I am a stock guy normally.
  10. Looks great.
  11. Very nice.
  12. Thanks everyone
  13. I built the duplicate of my 65 Coronet a few months ago.
  14. Trying!
  15. With no church this morning I was able to get more done on my Porsche. I am pretty much ready for paint on the exterior. The body has been really tuff to get right. Lots of mold lines etc. Interior is painted Tamiya royal light gray
  16. Finally getting some work done today. I am closer on the body but still have the from hood to work on. Primed the interior and will painting it a light grey. The interior is actually for a 964 not a 993 but nobody would really know that anyhow thanks for looking

Another good job Michelle. It feels like it has been a bit since we have seen something from you. I used to see your new builds weekly. Maybe not but if felt that way.
  19. Another beauty. Great job Randy
  20. Totally understand that move.
  21. Agreed!
  22. I am so excited to be able to build a 69 Chevelle without removing those 68 moldings. I would assume Revell wouldn't make the same mistake that AMT has for years...
  23. Looks really good. I built the coupe and it was not an easy build. Thanks for sharing.
  24. I totally agree!
  25. Looking good jC
