  7. Good for you. Thanks, so great to see the build.
  8. Well if you would have sold it unbuilt....... well you probably know how this goes! Lol!
  9. Agreed, I also only use the Molotov on small areas. I use bare metal on say window garnish moldings but it is nice to have the Molotov for vent windows etc.
  10. I think the RoadRunner 691/2 had the bulge like it was from a Satellite...
  11. Nice build
  12. I remember that resin kit and the only one I ever saw built I think was by Mike Hanson years ago. I always thought the car looked right and you have done an excellent job on it. Is it a Scale Equipment Limited kit?
  13. Thank you!
  14. Thanks everyone. This weekend I got the side skirts on and finished the suspension.
  15. Makes me want to say duhhh why didn't I think of that!
  16. That is a good idea. Thank you!
  17. It does have a good shape. The chassis is really for a 964 and the wheels that come with it are also for a 964. I bought one of the metal Burago 993 kits for the wheels because they are the same that I have on my 1:1 car. This is the only 1:24 scale except for the Tamiya GT2 kit, so you kind of got to go with what works. I think the 993 chassis off of the Tamiya Gt2 kit is much more accurate but didn't really want that kind of adventure merging the two. Thanks love your Yellow bird you are doing!
  18. So using Burago Porsche 993 cup 2 wheels for the car. The problem is they have holes in the middle where there should be center caps. I kind of at a loss at what to use for center caps. Thought about just using Tamiya filler but not sure how messy that would become. Anyhow any recommendations would be helpful. I have Porsche emblems to cover whatever center cap I end up using. Thanks
  19. So working on the chassis and trying to sand out the mold lines in the body. Got my paint and planning on finishing up the chassis this weekend.
  20. Wow he has got quite a list of decals. That is really encouraging. Thanks
  21. Love it!
  22. Another picture. Working in trying to get the body smoothed out and spraying some suspension pieces. Yes I am working at our kitchen table!
