  1. Stunning build Luke. That thing is out of this world. The patina looks so real and the detailing on the engine is amazing.
  2. Nice work Mike. The Body color really pops with that blue interior!
  3. Thank you! It was a fun kit. I believe the previous release of this kit that comes with the go Kart has all the stock parts! I wasn’t a big fan of the wheels on this version but the red decals make them pop in my opinion
  4. Body done in Tamiya TS-102 Cobalt Green and roof was done in TS-26 pure white. Then cleared in TS-13. Kit goes together well and has some very cool decals that are reminiscent of the 80s. Thanks for looking 😁
  5. Beautiful Work Mark. That blue is stunning and every little detail really pops
  6. Very cool build. Definitely looks like something I could see rotting in a field somewhere in the midwest
  7. Thanks everybody I’m really enjoying sharing my builds with the forum and seeing everybody else’s amazing work!
  8. Definitely looking forward to The scorpion, nova , hurst olds since I’ve never had the pleasure of building one and the Chevy Extreme. The Cougar also intrigues me but the hot wheels packaging and it being molded in red is a turn off. Wondering if you can build it stock? The 69 Chevelle I would not even give it a second look because of the much superior revell one.
  9. Thanks Mike, no clear and I didn’t even polish it ! Just sprayed 2 wet coats of MCW enamel and put in the dehydrator for a few days.
  10. You know what you are absolutely correct it was the 66 chevelle which was the Lindberg kit! I also have the Revell 67 in my stash id love to do in a butternut yellow maybe. 🤔
  11. Clean builds , they make a very nice duo.
  12. Nice! Look forward to seeing it. I’m sure it will come out looking great!
  13. Thank you! The wheels are straight from the kit I just black washed them
  14. Beautiful build 👍🏻
  15. Painted with MCW Nassau Blue metallic enamel, no clear coat. I thought it was close enough to the factory correct Marina Blue paint for that year. Went with the blue interior which I used tamiya acrylics for and the white side stripe decals on the body. IMO this is one of AMTs better offerings it went together exceptionally well I had zero fitment issues, I believe it’s an old Lindberg mold. Thanks for looking 😁
  16. Absolutely beautiful build! I built this kit a while back and it gave me quite a few problems but I did finish it… but you knocked this one out of the park !
  17. Nice work love the color !
  18. Sharp looking build. I really like the way the roof turned out and the wheels look tough!
  19. Very nice looking model. Excellent work.
  20. 😂 you got that right. Talk about a stress test on the suspension. I’ve found in my backyard around 1pm on a sunny day the light hits my patio table just right. I would like to get some sort of back drop to make the pictures look better.
  21. Thank you. That was my favorite part of the kit the Steelies and the dog dish’s I wish more kits came with them !
  22. Awesome build. I really love the blacked out look , I can definitely see a moonshiner driving through the night trying to lose the coppers in this thing !
  23. Thank you! That’s the exact color I was going for. I would like do one in Butter Nut yellow at some point.
  24. Thank you guys for all your kind words I look forward to posting more builds and seeing more of all of yours ! 😁
  25. Sweet build love the color on this one great job.
