  1. I gotta build one of these,,, I worked on my share of these in the 80's ,, N.J. Bell bucket trucks w/8.2 Detroits , no tilt nose
  2. You could experiment and de-can the Rustoleum and try airbrushing it ,,but I think the pigments in the Rustoleum are too heavy
  3. MCW is my go to paint for lacquer and enamels for airbrushing ,,, as far as rattle cans you can't beat Tamiya ,,leave the Rustoleum for the lawn furniture ?

  5. Did this one about a year ago while on disability for back surgery, The Tomato Can '64 . The body is resin from MCW ,used a Lindberg chassis ,,the body was all wonky but it came out decent considering. I met Jerry a few times at Englishtown when he was running,,,I included a few pics ,thats me in front of the car in the denim shirt , my son was taking the pictures

  12. Just about done with this one ,just a few things and a clean up , I did the Super Stock version,,,,this car would eventually go AWB with injectors......

Built this one a few months ago also , had a lot of bench time with my knee and hip replacement this year and now being retired I can whittle down my stash,,but we all know how that works! ....... the Stahl and Stiles RO23 Belvedere II SS/B car, I used the Revell GTX kit,,,the decals I had for 30 years,,still good!

  16. I built this a few months ago using the AMT AWB Chevy II and decals I found on ebay and a resin BBC ,,,,I hope Steve's doing better health wise
