Thank you! American graffit is a movie that I could watch a thousand times and still not get tired of it.

I'm pretty sure this is just a c2 corvette fuel injection intake I think. Or it could be a Man-a-fre but I don't know it came from the parts box. It looks the part and has spots for 4 two barrel carbs (which I fdm 3d printed).

Looks amazing sir!

How exactly did you do that? It looks amazing. Did you take pictures of it or something?

Wow that resin body looks really good.

Great build. When I first saw 427 rat I immediately thought a big block chevy because they are usually called rats. I do like the use of the ford and all the body work is very impressive.

I was sitting at my desk today and I sneezed, the sneeze shook the whole desk. Of course my diecast model of a uh-1c huey fell from the too shelf. ?♂️ but of course it broke into a million tiny pieces, good thing I know a friend called ca glue.

This is a model car that I quickly threw together last year. It wasn't super accurate it had bucket seats, to skinny tires in the back, and I didn't have ignition wire then and only had thread. I then got tired of the inaccuracies and decided to fix them. The rear tires I used from the amt 57 chevy (I also think that's where the wheels came from). I also cleaned up the engine, drilled out the distributor, and drilled out the fuel block and added those. Not much besides that but there's more in the original post of this car. I think this car looks a lot better now. The stance is also a lot more accurate. "The front of this, this, this thing your driving looks a little low", "oh no sir, its 12 1/2" regulation size now its been checked several times, you can check it if you like sir". Thank you all for looking. FMC66

That clear looks like it went down amazing, I know your history with paint and it definitely looks like your doing something right now. The engine also looks cool with the black valve covers, aluminum heads, and the dual quad setup looks great.

Tribute to Snake45
FoMoCo66 replied to bobthehobbyguy's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
Love the idea, Snake would love this. Sadly I just finished up the last of my box of shame inventory. The most unfinished one I'm not working on only needs paint, this means I won't be able to participate. -

Tri 5 Chevy Identification Charts
FoMoCo66 replied to Kenmojr's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
Nice, I'll use these to. The only thing is I noticed a mistake in the 55 and 57. On the hard top the roof line is different than the post and so is the top door line. -

I feel your pain. I use side cutters to get the bulk out then clean up the rest with an exacto. By the way, your truck is looking amazing. -

Looking forward to seeing this project. The parts you have planned out for this are going to go together really well. I just love old hot rods ?. So I'll be following.
