  1. I like it. Don't often see this kit built in any form.
  2. Really nice, great foil work.
  3. Nicely done! Those Hudsons were dominating the tracks back then.
  4. Outstanding replica, thanks for sharing.
  5. I think it looks very nice, that yellow really stands out! On a light colored car, try inking in the panel lines before painting. It seems to darken them just enough to notice without jumping out at you. On dark colors I ink them after or don't even bother. Hope this helps.
  6. Ha! Must have been at Martinsville!
  7. Very nice work. I really like the Belair roof and trunklid on this, great proportions.
  8. Thanks! Where do you find Valspar? I haven't seen it around here.
  9. I want to replicate my new favorite "young gun" driver Ryan Blaney's #12. Any suggestions on a spray bomb color to approximate the eye-searing yellow on the Menard's car? I believe Stoney has decals for this.
  10. Great model! My neighbor had a black & white 210 sedan very similar to this.
  11. I agree, two outstanding replicas.
  12. Great paint and foil work!
  13. That's a beauty! Any more pictures?
  14. Some say you can put them in the freezer for awhile and it makes them easier to separate. I've not had much luck with that. Depends on how much and what kind of glue was used.
  15. You've done a great job on this. I've built a couple and they are not easy kits to get together. Keep those brass cars coming
  16. First one of these I've seen built, looks great.
  17. This is very well done. I really like the monochromatic color scheme, great little diorama.
  18. Wow, some really great modelling going on in southwestern Ohio! I really dig the weathered Dodge truck and the Porsche tractor.
  19. The Tower Hobbies message sounds positive. Here's hoping for a good outcome with Revell.
  20. Great job!
  21. Wow, does that look mean! Great paint and foil, I really like this a lot.
  22. Very convincing weathering, well done!
  23. Nice! Love to see any pre-war classics being built.
  24. Very well done, love the B&W photography also! Don't be surprised if this disappears, it will probably get moved to the "Truck" section.
  25. Some of the old threads have valuable information, tips, and tricks. Look at the Randy Ayers NASCAR site debacle of a couple of months ago, they lost a ton of interesting and unreplaceable info.
