  3. Agreed. Great model, great color!
  4. X2
  5. That's a beauty, great save.
  6. Very nice! First one of these I've seen built up.
  7. Great piece of work, documented and executed. Well done!
  8. You are way ahead of the game on weathering, that looks great! Hope the move to Cincy agrees with you, it's a great town.
  9. You couldn't have chosen a better mentor than Tulio for this project. Looks outstanding, I'm sure your grandpa would be pleased.
  10. That seat is a model in itself! Looking forward to more.
  11. I like it! That speedster looks pretty cool, too.
  12. Very cool! Love the Bluestreak tires.
  13. Frank, the Stutz looks great! So does your shop. Where did you find the old telephones and spray gun? Is that a 1/16 F1 in the back?
  14. I agree. I wonder how many 6-banger SS's left the factory, probably no records kept?
  15. Judging by the 2 fours sticking out of the hood, in 1959 maybe a 283 or a Ford 312 for an engine? In any event it looks like it would flat haul the mail!
  16. You are probably remembering Shabo dry transfers, they came in various styles and colors, as well as the Hoosiers you mentioned. I loved them, but apparently they are no longer available anywhere, I've looked. As DW says above, decals will work with a coat of flat clear. Just be sure your wheels will fit smoothly into the tires or you may crack the flat clear trying to mount them. Hope this helps!
  17. Wow!! Certainly not your staid accountant's ride from back in the day. Great work.
  18. This is so cool! I think the sectioning really takes a lot of bulk out of the body. IMHO the windshield is a hair too short, but otherwise this is another great build from your bench. Thanks for sharing.
  19. That is a beauty! The epitome of Detroit styling excess.
  20. That's a name I haven't heard in a long time! Great model, glad you got kudos from Jerry.
  21. That's a beauty! Well done.
  22. LOL, you're one lucky guy! Well done both 1:1 and 1:25.
  23. Outstanding paint and foil, that vinyl top is period perfect!
