  1. Keep it going Mark! I like what you've done with the grill, neat "old school" window net.

    Cobra 427

I missed this the first time as well. Outstanding! The engine and dash detailing are amazing. With the right backround would be hard to tell it wasn't 1:1.
  3. Well done, worth the wait!
  4. Another well done replica from your bench! Nice work.

    68 Dart GTS

Great color, the top is very convincing. That engine sure fills up the bay, doesn't it ?
  7. Nicely done, that color is period perfect, clean neat foil work.
  8. Great work. I'm especially impressed with the vinyl roof, looks very convincing.
  9. X2, great job.
  10. Beautiful model, nice clean work.
  11. He's right, great job!
  12. Wow John, is that a complete body wrap decal or??? Well done.
  13. Outstanding, great model! Richmond was taken way too soon.
  14. LOL, this sounds about right!
  15. Talk about a brick Great idea and execution.
  16. Nice! I'm really liking your dio.
  17. Thanks to everyone for the kind words. The fenders are Hunter Green and the body is Rustoleum Gloss Fern. Thanks Harry. The owner uses a lot of "armour all" . I agree about the wheels, I'll hit them with some dirt.

    Cobra Wagon

Neat concept well executed. Where did you source the roof, or is it scratched?
  19. Depends. If your replicating a race car or a (for instance) Daniels custom rod then yes. Stockers, seldom if ever. I do like to research factory stock colors to be believable.
  20. Sadly, manners and courtesy seem to be casualties of modern society. Keep doing what you think is right, as others have said "no good deed...."
  21. a few more...
  22. "Introduced in 1930 to replace the sixth series Speedster of 1928, the Boattail and Phaeton were the most popular. Powered by a high-performance in-line eight cylinder engine displacing 384 cubic inches, the Packard could easily move along at a brisk 100 mph." (from the instruction sheet) I really enjoyed building this classic. The engine and chassis are well detailed and it's just a cool body style. Comments welcome as always, thanks for looking!

Wow, talk about a sow's ear. Nice save.
  24. I've got one of these in the pile, thanks for the tip about extending the frame. If mine is half as nice as yours I'll be well pleased, great work.
