Just got this last night. I'm 58 and this is the first brand new vehicle I've ever owned, still has less than 100 miles! Kia Sportage, 4cyl, 6 speed auto. The wife wanted black, we'll see how that goes .

Pretty cool. How much of that sound is just the car itself plowing through the air at 150+? Sound we never hear over the engines screaming.

Nice! The black cars are the hardest to pull off IMO. Great model.

I had 3 or 4 other cars lined up to take to the one and only contest I ever entered, back in the early 90s. At the last minute I changed my mind and took this Rusty car instead and got the 1st in class trophy. Competition wasn't that stiff however, there were a lot of cars there but most entered by kids. Not to say that kids can't build great models, we see them here all the time. But these were more like the ones I built when I was 8-10 years old
