  1. Amazon, I got all the colors. Price plus shipping was significantly lower than when I had the ( now defunct ) Car Quest store order for me.
  2. Nice. Love that "select-a-drop! Ya know, someone, perhaps SCAT, did a water cooled flat four engine for Midgets, something like 300 hp I think. Just going by decades old info

That weathering is amongst the best I've seen. Fantastic work!!
  4. Hmmm, I got the AMT Falcon styline parts from him. Great service, but the resin wasnt fully cured. Its been 2 years, and it is still weeping. Interesting that the link does not show any AMT custom parts even tho I know he sells them. Perhaps I should contact him.
  5. Thats quite nice! This is the first time I have ever seen the bubble top opened. Great job!
  6. Love it Love it Love it! Really fantastic Frank!
  7. O darn, I knew I mislaid my doodle-hopper from its whatsit!
  8. Met him at the Oakland Roadster Show, back when it was at the Oakland Coliseum. One of the really true craftsmen in our decade!
  9. Love that digger with the front mount blower! And as for Pure Heaven, we saw it run at Fremont. What a show!
  10. The red body parts are Round 2 "flake-o-delic" stuff. Ck out the DPMCC instructions site. Wanna trade the red stuff?
  11. We could re-CYCLE this all night!
  12. Sand Crab, mmmm good, Lil Van in stash with the Crab parts in hiding! Badman, whoo-hoo, mine should be here today!
  13. Oh my goodness, insert an swear word here! I wasn't too sure about that grille nor the rear end treament. But seeing the whole project, WOW!! Freakin fantastic, I Love it. Way to go Albie!
  14. Very strange. This am I found some tools stolen from he garage. It's always locked except when I am doing stuff. Good thing is that the only things stolen were duplicate socket sets, and rusty wrenches. Sad thing is, I think my son took the stuff and pawned it. He has no income, yet regularly comes home with new clothes.
  15. I like your pics Chuck. Im gonna try some outside.
  16. I love the yellow Tee. That shade of yellow with the black frame and minimal chrome make it look mean!
  17. I like the Nomad with the trailer
  18. Compared to some of the things for sale, you didnt pay all that much. I paid a bit more than you for a model of the Hairy Canary, just because I saw it run at Fremont, and the son of the owner built the model. Most I have ever paid, but I love the history. And Darn, thats a beautiful model!!
  19. I'm gettin' closer!
  20. So far I like this the best. Foam core box, halogen light 2 feet directly above the camera. Think I need just a tad bit more contrast. having a box in a more neutral tone would help too. Love that dually! I understand that a white model on white foam core is an issue. Im gonna try it on a maroon blanket Ive got. Also thinking about a very light blue.
  21. There ya go Drew, as close as my fridge! I did make a foam core box, but it seems to be too bright. Ill try that shop light as the light source, witht the foam core box and see what happens!
  22. Love that 55 Roger!
