    Yeah, I had thought about little fake candle bulbs but I think these Lego flames will be perfect as long as they aren't too big.

    That would be great if he could part with them. I need four, to do two cars. The bad things is though, one car has single outlet headers while the other has four pipes on each side. The single outlets will be easy, not sure on the other.

    Hi Kris, any updates on the long bed for the Deserter (Fall Guy) kit? Will only be offering the bed or the extended chassis as well?

    The headers are pretty small on these Snap Draggins kits. I think the cars are about 1/32? Those flames in those aircraft kits might be perfect but I hate to buy the whole kit just for the flames.

    Has anyone ever seen small, translucent fire, made out of plastic? I want to add them to the ends of the headers on a couple of my Snap Draggins cars. Like you see in the picture. I looked all over Google and eBay with no luck so far.

    The single axle was only released three times. The dual drive was released quite a few more. The single axle kits were just harder to come by.

    I have a feeling few will even use those wheels in the kit as they are too shallow. I can't wait to see how the aluminum ones I designed, turn out! They'll be used on my Starsky Torino build.

    Do you mean the "clocking" of the lug nuts in accordance with the design holes in the wheels, like these?

    That's just a preorder. It still says they won't be available until July.

    I drew up some for Micro Nitro to make in real aluminum to be direct replacements for the ones found in the Starsky and Hutch Torino but with deeper rear wheels. Not sure when they will be available though?

    Yes, I sent six full racks to them and only half the parts turned out good. Most had lots of areas with no plating, like they were rushed!

    Thanks for the info Steve! I have a bunch of parts I need plated and was gun shy to send them out after I got my last batch back from The Little Motor Kar Company!

    Also, will they plate resin parts or parts with body filler?

    They mount the parts for you? How much do they charge and where are they located?

    I just got my two the other day. Thinking about getting two more!

    They are plating the whole tree that the fuel tanks are on so this will be the first time either of the AMT Freightliner kits has ever had chrome fuel tanks.
