    Hey thank you very much folks. The paint is Rustoleum Colorshift from Lowe's. The can says to shoot over a black base. My spoon test shows a whole different tune when sprayed over grey, like this build. I decant the Colorshift paint so it goes through the airbrush.

    Just completed this puppy. I primed with Platicote grey primer and shot some decanted colorshift blue/purple over that, and then clear. That's real wood in the bed. The 6 cylinder engine came out and I stuffed one of my BB 427 Chevy castings and valve covers in its' place. I made a console for the interior with a couple of my casted seats. Hope you like it.

    There's also 20 pound test fishing line at Wal-Mart in clear and in red. Beautiful build, Cruz.

    I just went there for the first time. Probably the last time, too. How can anybody make any sense of anything? It looks like posts are just dumped there withpout any organization. Not my style.

    I've been using eyedroppers that I get from Walgreen's (for free) to put the resin into the molds. Works great for me.

    My copy was delivered today. I guess I won't be watching much TV tonight so I can read the mag 2 or 3 times. When will #163 be arriving? I can't wait.

    It's a great idea. I've cut & glued a couple already. AI find it easier to paint before drilling the holes. Later today I plan to wire one up.

    How could I have missed this thread? To say those engines look good would be an understatement - they're amazing! Off to the workbench soon to try and improve my skills.
