  1. I love the big scale cars since they got volume and the space to really get the detailing done. After the 935, still have a Rosso 1/12 NSX and 1/8 Revell E-type to go.
  2. got the strips and body work painted. it is what it is looking like right now. Got a long way to go still.
  3. good work.
  4. my experience building the karman ghia and other 60's car. Tamiya got this era nailed down. These are the cars that I enjoyed the build the most. the final result is exceptional.
  5. beautiful too.
  6. impressive.
  7. great work, love the big scale car. Have a 1/8 Jaguar E type to build soon.
  8. car has some mishap lately so I have split the body for some repair. Here is a better view of the seats.
  9. the car is so cute it doesn't need a engine. Nah, it's a curbside gunze kit. I sure hope they will reissue these too.
  10. Build this a while ago. Love this simple kit and the results.
  11. great job. this car is on my short term build list too.
  12. for sure, I always like the CB. just that bar is riding so high. I also shorten the tale pipe so it is slicker too. I will take some better pic after I changed the battery for the lights. Tks for the compliment.
  13. Fujimi super kit. Hard to build since there are so many fragile bits and pieces. but the result is quite spectacular.
  14. that is why I chose the drum over the disc when I build the B.
  15. this file is big. so if anyone like to see the old pics in bigger file, i will post them.
  16. found some other pics of this camaro.
  17. the drums are even more impressive than the rims. Too bad Tamiya rims are casted with the drum and I felt they are better than teh Fujimi ones. the one I am talking about is the one from the beetle and the karman ghia kit.
  18. tamiya panel accent is very thin. Might be thin down from black. Once u get a hang of it, very easy to use.
  19. did this one for a client. He is a big fan of Apple computer so the decals cannot be undone. The model is quite old so some of the decals are broken. He wanted me to come up with something creative. My thinking is that I want to keep the display and used it's cover, so I am limited to the display base. So my decision is to make it into a car that is retired in a endurance race due to engine failure. So this is the final result.
  20. great presentation.
  21. A revell kit. A very rewarding build. Tamiya and Revell are both to me the most accurate looking model.
  22. Bought this kit for the mirrors to be put on a 1/12 Caterham 7 but at the end built it. Always love this bike it's a no brainer to build this one. Lower the bars about 2 mm for a better look and added lights to the front and back.
  23. waiting to build the figures. Haven't done a figure in such a long time that it will take a lot of practice.
