Well, some change in plans, if you have seen the post last week. I am in Salem right now, staying with Jairus We will be busting okole, trying to get ready for a huge road trip that will take about six weeks. We have a booth for the Chicago iHobby Expo, and hope to have a great time there. Watch for more cool stuff from the show coming soon. This show and year will be the turning point for MCM. Hawaii is my home, and all that I have known for the past forty plus years. I thought I could leave, mainly because we (the poor local folk) have been pushed out of the housing market by all those "others." My dream or goal is to be in both places: Hawaii and the mainland. Hopefully it will work out. But hope is just a dream that is not pursued, right? I will be on the mainland from now till November 27. We (Jairus and I) have a lot of shows, and work to do. Then, it's back home for the winter (think I can handle the cold, yeah, right..... cold is when it gets below 70 for me.......)

There should be a "Add image to post" right under the text box. It will bring up a pop up window that you select your image from your computer, it will upload image to third-party server, and you can add a description to image. It's pretty simple, first one I've tried to use as a MOD (modification to database)

Dave, that's the only one I could find. I may have more, but those boxes are buried deep somewhere Never did finish it though The chop was pretty neat though, a lot of hammer/welding. That was way before MIG and TIG, which would have made it a breeze to do. Ahhhh, the good ol' days Still want to do a Notch, maybe can find a good one up there in the next month or so.

Here's a question for you guys, and gals: Who would you like to meet in the Model Car hobby, who is still around today? This question is geared to the "old timers" of the hobby, those who were around when the hobby was in it's youth, and the youth is what the hobby was all about.

Jairus and I had this discussion before, about removing posts or threads. The only time we will is in situations like this, or if you talk about my hair color again. Seriously, we don't censor anything, but in a situation like Darin's, it is best that the post/thread removed. Darin, I am so glad that this was not true. I must say that my heart skipped a beat (or two). Just me
