  1. Thanks for the great review, Bill. Not sure if I'll buy one yet, but I definitely look forward to everyone's builds - Magnum, Charger & 300-based! I like the addition of the guitar too. Nice job, Revell.
  2. Very cool! I'm diggin the white interior & New Millenium Rallys.
  3. Wow, that looks great Brian. Good for you! Have fun with the rest of the build.
  4. Looks good so far, Tom! I have a '34 project going too. It sits as low as yours, but has fenders. Spider caps on steelies sound good too.
  5. Very nice! Outstanding paint.
  6. Nice work, Lee! Ingenious use of the inner fenders as new front fenders! Keep us posted on progress please.
  7. Very cool! I love that gray van! Nice ride height.
  8. MEAN!...WICKED!...EVEEEEL! LOL. Nice build, it's got the look. Different front wheels will only add to it. "Raw" Halibrand spokers maybe? Either way, nice job Tom.
  9. I had to search my post archive to find it from a while back, but here it is: http://drasticplasticsmcc.fotki.com/instru...ruction_sheets/
  10. COOL! I love it. Dig that lace sail panel, and the tires and stance makes it. Very nice!
  11. That's a beauty, Jason. Nice build!
  12. Oh Yeah!! They look so much better on there than in my parts drawer. I think that's a huge improvement. Glad I could help.
  13. Lookin gooooood, Kenny! Keep the chrome rears. Wicked!
  14. WHAT?! I'm famous? I hope my agent doesn't read this, she'll want more money. Thanks for the name-drop, Steve. I was glad I got to talk to you during your visit to the right coast a few years ago. Back in '91 I had the privelege of "crashing" the Winston Cup Awards banquet press junket the day before the banquet down in NYC. We rode up in the elevator with Harry Gant, Geoff Bodine, and the late Alan Kulwicki. Once in there, I "pestered" Dale Earnhardt for his autograph and met a bunch of other drivers during the autograph session. You probably can't get into that uninvited anymore. (Thanks Doug!) I also got to meet Mario Andretti when he came to the local wine store promoting his line of wine about 5 years ago. Really nice guy.
  15. Yes, that's a planned AMT '07 release. The 3 kits in your list called "Full Throttle" will be Foose 2n1s. The other kits listed are regular AMT '07 release plans. It's gonna be a good year (again)!
  16. That's MEAN, Craig! Nice work, and only 16 days - wow. Thanks for the review too. That is a huge help to anyone else building one of these new kits.
  17. Here's my build for the NNL East "'32 Fords" theme, as well as the Hobby Heaven Board Deuce Posting Day - 2/1/07. It's an older release of the Lindberg kit, but rumor has it it's coming back in '07! Rear tire position is out-of-box, rake achieved by using a Revell dropped tube axle up front. Tires are Modelhaus (T-292 rears, T-195 fronts), chromed steelies are from the AMT '51 Chevy kit. Grille is from the metal-bodied Revell Milner coupe kit. It dropped right on like it belonged there all along. There was a big clunky bumper mount/spreader bar on the front that I removed. I also removed the highboy-style gas tank out back. Since I used the Revell tube axle, I modified the parallel links to look like hairpins. (They're just taped here for the mockup.) Works pretty well on a fendered car, IMO. This is a simple, fun kit that looks great right out of the box with a little adjustment. Color plan calls for Tamiya Italian Red with black roof insert, running boards and seat. Straight '64, Daddy-O. Thanks for lQQkin!
  18. The darker frame and addition of decals was a good move, Ron. It's looking good!
  19. Very Nice!

BEAUTIFUL! I love it too. The flames look great. Are those the Torch decals? I didn't realize they had the white pinstripe outlines. Every little detail works on that one. Nice work, James.
  21. Ohhhhh Yeahhhh!!! Too cool! I don't care how old it is, it never looked that good. Great looking Deuce, Steve. Paint plan sounds like a winner.
  22. It looks great, Ken! Nice cut fenders, paint, springer, custom handlebars, studded seat. It's all coming together nicely. I REALLY like those handlebars. Did you bend them from aluminum?
  23. I had to submit an "R&B" vote to represent the Chicago Blues that I love. Elmore James, Muddy Waters, Little Walter, JB Hutto, etc. I also listen to traditional country (Johnny, Hank, George Jones) or Classic Rock (Zeppelin, AC/DC, ZZ Top...)
  24. I LOVE IT! That thing's got character to spare. Are those Radir mags? My favorite. The "new" wide whites look great under there. I may have to do one of these beaters soon...
  25. Check your messages. Ho Ho Ho.
