  1. I built an AMT '64 Valiant Craftsman Kit when I was a kid, and I built this one when I was able to get a builtup several years ago, using the chassis and drive train form the latest AMT '71 Duster 340. .
  2. I recently got the same piece from MAD, and while I agree with most of your comments, the rear of the roof is a tad high, according to my club's resident experts. However, that does not make any difference to me, as I plan to do it as a Ghia. Something similar to this. Good luck, Joe.
  3. I could tell you how to do those scripts, but then I would have to kill you.
  4. I like that!!!!
  5. Looks good to me!
  6. A man after my heart!!!!!
  7. Yes!!!!!!!
  8. I still want to see power windows Bill.
  9. Beautiful!!!!!!
  10. I have one of those, and it will mate nicely with the latest tool AMT '71 Charger R/T.
  11. Beautiful!!!!!
  12. The dog dish caps you need are only available from The Modelhaus, and are meant to be used on the 1959-60 Chevrolet. The Revell '62 Impala Dog Dish Caps are wrong for the application. They still need to be paint detailed, but you get t het idea.
  13. Beatiful!
  14. I got mine today, and it is beautiful!!!! Thanks Kevin!!!!
  15. I like that, Lyle.
  16. Beautiful!!!
  17. Good for the seller. It's the market that dictates the price of the built model. Whoever the buyer(s) are, they feel that they are getting a good buy, or else they would not bid that price.
  18. Here You Go Charlie. Sorry for the long period if answering your question, as I have not seen this post until now. Ron
  19. Beautiful work, Marcos.
  20. Gary, I custom mixed the paint for the interior. Honduras Maroon is pretty close for the main red, a deep maroon will work for the darler tone, and the third tone is a mauve shade. I hand paint my interiors with acrylics, followed by a flat clear lacquer, rubbed out with skin oil to get the semi gloss sheen. The floorboards were flocked. Hope this helps. Ron.
  21. I had an '84 Z28 Demo with that interior scheme. The car was Black, with was supposed to be the "Charcoal" sport seats. Well, in the brochure, they showed this interior with "Orange" multi-colored seats. That's what you got when you ordered the 'Charcoal" with the sport seats. It would wake you up in the morning.. It went like stink with the 5.0 H.O. engine and automatic.
  22. They already make it. MCG 2109 for the 1961-62 Corvette kit. It will work for the Revell Kit.
