  1. mine was waiting for me when I got home. I glanced through it, i liked what I saw. Now I need time to read it!
  2. Poopie!!! I loove to swear! I was planning on swearing on the forum later, but I guess I snooze, I lose! Seriously, I teach middle school and the proliferation of obscene language is outrageous. I don't let my students use a couple of common words (cr*p and s*ck) and words that are too close to swearing. It makes them think about what they are saying, before they say it. Good job, Gregg!
  3. I can't believe I missed it too!! I went to grab a bite to eat, and when I got back it was over! Maybe I'll photoshop myself in later.
  4. Congratulations, Anthony! Very nice truck!
  5. All of this is great news! I was looking for a Munsters coach and dragster at Toledo, after missing one at Zanesville. Any Tom Daniel reissues are good news to me. A 5 window Deuce by Revell, Fantastic! Too much good news! Too bad my wallet will be empty for the next year!! Thanks for the report, Gregg!
  6. 45 or so, I figure if I'm vague enough I could skip a few birthdays!
  7. I'll be there Saturday for the show with the flamin' Daytona. See you there!
  8. Sorry I didn't get a chance to talk to you, Tom, but my wife and I were busy yakkin' in Burger King. See you in Toledo.
  9. I may not have mentioned it, or I may have not attempted flames this small before and didn't want to jinx it. It looked pretty good before the flames. BTW, where is the meeting? I don't want to show up at Mark's house and nobody else is there! Send me an Email. Also, do I really have to call you Mister?
  10. Taller fins! Everyone loves big fins!
  11. Uh, like, wow. That is looking great, nice work.
  12. Mike, I am who you think I am, if who you think I am is a soon to return member of the BSAC from a couple of years ago that showed up out of the blue at the Zanesville show last week. George, Thanks! It's great to be back into modeling after a couple of years off. I have no WIP pics, I only posted the paint because it was my first try with flames this small and I wanted some outside opinions. The chassis has been done for a while and waiting on a decent body. Here's some more pics and a link to even more. I still have some work to do on the chassis and motor before Toledo. My photobucket Ron Francis Pataskala, Ohio
  13. Thanks for all the compliments! I'm sure I have much to learn and some to share with you all. Gregg, bigger pics coming up as soon as I get home from work. You can also see it live when you come to Toledo, I look forward to meeting you and getting reacquainted with others from the board. I used to go up every year for a while and stopped a couple of years ago.
  14. Here's something I'm working on. An '85 Dodge Daytona P/S. It has a Hot Rod Lincoln chassis, P/S Coronet tires and motor, wheels with stock Daytona centers, and a little custom paint. It's Auto Air Candy Apple Red over Metallic Gold, Black Pearl on the lower part, and Real Fire Flames on the front and top. All covered in Dupont clear (yet to be polished out). Comments and criticism welcome!
