  2. Oh yeah she's got some weight keep in mind that most I'd say 90% of this build is Brass that includes assessorys theres very little plastic here maybe 1%, and the rest is resin , aluminum and solder. Its a good thing I made the jacks from brass! and that premagrin is from ear to ear
  3. Thats a nice case I hope you dont mind me asking where you had it made??
  4. ok I just want to post up some progress pics heres,... where i am after polishing the body a bit its just sitting on the chassis for now I still have to make a couple things before she goes on permanently. I hope you enjoy! Cya tomarrow....
  5. By just bending it slowly, although I have seen guys who heat it up and then bend but that take some practice.

  7. Hey thanks Charlie glad you got caught up, and it was good talking to ya today. Thanks for chiming in Gary and showing the build some love....
  8. Interesting! Those intercoolers are really nice cant wait to see more of this.
  9. Thats Superb!
  10. I throw it on top of the pile , unless I have a need for the parts. In that case i open it get the parts i need then it goes on the pile. I rarely do a kit as a whole kit usually I buy a kit for a certain part or parts then I dont bother it again unless I need something from it. I have kits that are still in there original shrink wrap just waiting for me to come bash them to bits.
  11. Its not Californias fault but California has strict laws concerning air because at one time the air quality here was so horrible that it was said that breathing california air was like smoking a pack of cigarettes a day. Hence the restrictions on all products that can harm the air quality which include traffic emissions. Now the nation is following suite because now the air quality here is 98% better now than when it was in the 1980's
  12. Same here it got so bad at one time I had the wife crawling around looking for tiny parts that tend to disapear. I think gremlins run out and grab parts when they hit the floor because somethings hit the floor never to be found again.
  13. Ya know Chris that might be exactly what you need to do at this point. Sometimes we can work on something so long that we get burnt out on it. At that point we need to set it down and step away from it and work on something eles so the creative juices start flowing again. I say go work on that motor do something that you have an urging for and you can get back to the chassis later. It'll still be there, it aint goin no where.
  14. I feel that Tyrone , Im just gonna go with the packed chutes there already done and theres no use making more work for myself than I need to.
  15. Tyrone all I can say is "Bruh"....... Do yo thang Maine!
  16. Ive had the same idea chris I know exactly what your talking about. I'll let this one work itself out.
  17. Hey fellas thanks for all the advice but the chutes arent at all finished as I stated in a couple comments before this. My concern is weather they should be used or not I know that there shinny they wont be when im done with them.
