Tamiya Flouro Red is the best color. Just do very, very fine mist coats over white. -

On the other side of that trade, my kits arrived well packed. Since this was my first trade, I was a little more than apprehensive, but I am pleased with the trade. You can all add Russell(69*Goat) to your list of good traders. Thanks Russell

I built it out of a piece of scrap pressboard a friend gave to me. I started by using the paints as a guide for shelf height and went from there. Here's a closer look

I chose my username because I have 9 motorcycles and 14 bicycles in the garage. I change my avatar ever so often, but it is usually me or one of my cycles. -
My signature tells the story. A= kits I bought/acquired B= kits I built C= kits I sold/got rid of. At least the stash didn't grow this year as much as last year.

This bike is a tribute to Daijiro Kato who passed away while competing in the 2003 Japanese MotoGP.

This is the bike ridden by Max Biaggi during the 2003 season. Built OOB using Tamiya paints and Museum Collection decals.

Bike # 2 is an RCV that was ridden by Valentino Rossi during the 2002 racing season.

All four bikes are finished.

Not much more to do but the bodywork. So it looks like all four bikes will be going to the NNL.

First bike off of the assembly line.

With the chassis done, it didn't take long to finish this one off. One bike down, three to go. More pics under glass.

Since I'm going to the SoCal NNL on Sunday, I decided to finish at least one bike. The chassis for the Valencia bike is finished.
