  1. Great build, love the blue and white combo
  2. Nice looking builds
  3. Nice AMX, I've got one on my bench right now. Working on filling the holes in the hood, then picking a color, like the green a lot.
  4. That's a real pretty car
  5. Picked this up as a parts kit, lots of kitbashing, repair, aftermarket parts and time has left me with this. I used the boom from the MPC Datsun monster truck kit, wheels and tires from scenes unlimited, decals from the original kit as well as gofer. Paint is Tamiya red and blue with a coat of flat. Bed details come from my parts stash and the compressor from the Joe's Texaco station. Comments welcome.
  6. Paint is from MCW, its a 70 Olds color, Azure blue. Decals are from Cady, tires from AMT's parts pack and the cragers from my wheel stash. Comments welcome
  7. one of my favorite cars, wonderful build
  8. Just completed, was suppose to be a 67 Caprice, but I had lots of issues getting paint to stick to the resin body, so it was finished as the Impala. Built right from the box, only used the flat hood. Paint is plasicoat Chrysler intense blue from a spray can and ppg clear. Thanks for looking and comments welcome.
  9. very nice job, did great with those decals, they are a bear to deal with.
  10. My only Police car, A resin piece, cant remember from who.
  11. This has been sitting around for a long time, thought I had all the parts, stripped and repainted it, then realized I was missing the rear bumper. Finally acquired a bumper and now its done. Just Dupi-color white and black with some BMF.
  12. Very nice builds, I like how you stage your models for the photographs.
  13. Received mine yesterday, already read every article. Thanks Gregg for all you do. Looking forward to 206 and the Contest edition
  14. I like that, need to build one or two of the Hudsons in my stash
  15. Used MCW Neptune Green and Seamist Green to match the box art from the Millennium kit. Other than BMF and the tires from AMT's parts pack it done straight from the box.
  16. Here are a couple projects finally completed and off the bench. Both started out as build ups that I took apart and rebuilt. The 61 Ford has a hood from SMH, wheels from the parts box, otherwise original kit parts. The Plymouth is a replica of what is parked in my garage. Paint is from MCW.
  17. That is way nice, great color with the white roof
  18. MCW sells the correct Petty blue
  19. All I can say is WOW
  20. I look for items under g-scale under RR building materials. Check Oakridge hobbies they have a full line up of siding in all scales.
  21. Started these 2 in Dec. been waiting to get in the mood for some BMF work. The Plymouth is a Johan 65 Fury. It will be an addition to my Pace Car collection. The Ford is a 61 AMT kit that I got as a build-up. I'm using a tear drop hood from SMH, wheels from my parts box, the rest has been salvaged from the original kit.
  22. Looks great, love the color, cant wait to see the interior and body together
  23. Nice builds, received the Cobra kit for Christmas as well, its next on the to-do list. Like the wood on the trailer as well.
  24. So happy this kit has been re-released, have had plans to build a replica of my Grandfathers late 60's jeep pick-up. Had picked up the resin grill years ago, cant remember from where. Paint is a special order Jeep color from MCW. Changed the interior to a full bench seat from the 49 Ford kit. Cut the louvers out to get the full rear window, tires and wheels are from the Hogans hero kit. Need to finish detail the new grill, clear the body and assemble. Hope to have it completed by next week. Comments welcome.
