Exactly. Like Nova. Glass fine. Nice crisp body details, 65-66 doable. A bit of work, but another mid sixties killer. 67-9 candidate, lots of crossover. Easy to spend their money, but we get it too.

Bummer, but the Nova and sales potential a slam dunk. Would have saved me lots of hunting, but the friends I’ve made worth it. I’ll buy one.

@StevenGuthmiller Perhaps, but the 1/25 v 1/24 diff and convertible may well tip balance. Grille done on 68, no reason to doubt they’d redo the 69 (HL implies grill??). Detail pics look great. Super Bee is pretty old tool, held up well, R/T different beast. I won’t turn it down even with originals in hand. I rarely buy anything anymore, but this will make the cut. Thanks Star Wars and Star Trek for the R2 cash flow ??

There was a Craftsman 66 Skylark too. I’d guess that’s basis. Full detail annual was converted, but the annual was nice kit. Great body, looks the part. 63 Falcon Sprint convert and 63 Corvair might be around too. 69 Coronet obvs likely, they were scarce to start with, esp convert.

My expectation is a 4 door may well come along too. Car is hot, just as original 66-77 Broncos. Ford has used promo-like kits in recent past, and like originally, it gets a playable, aspirational toy in hands of target market. Glad R2 got the contract and CAD data. Bringing well over sticker, but great price point. I’ve always used Ford trucks to tow race cars, and they don’t sell 2.5 trucks a minute, 24/7/365, by being poor marketers. “It’s the product, stupid” lol. I’m not an SUV fan, but I’d have one. My son has a fleet of ambulances, and Ford is mainstay. He’s got a loaded Bronco 4d coming, despite a Tahoe for command car. R2 will do well with these. It’s a business, and they’ve found a great niche.

@Justin PorterDepending on their skill level, suggest both. Likelihood of either or both getting finished is lower than you’d expect, hence huge stashes. I’m as guilty as anyone, have 68-69 converts, but will consider this revised issue. I’m not a huge Mopar fan, but I like these and Chargers far more than Cuda/Dusters. GTX convert was disappointing from body and small details (Sun visors in particular). I like Hemis, so bought them for those. 70 Coronet convert conversion (Modelhaus WSF) sitting waiting for primer. I’m glad they’re amortizing long disused tooling. Yes, fully detailed new tools are great. But builder frustration puts them back in box and kills enthusiasm. Thus killing repeat buys. Cutlass, Nova wagons, Raptors and GT great kits. Mustang deserves more detail, but ok. Give them benefit of doubt, and if it’s that bad, don’t stock it or sell it. Just don’t shart on preview thread. If my company was greeted with this, I’d tell you to pound sand. Start a separate thread. Analogous to a baby announcement and you spend time criticizing the parents for being ugly/trolls/vegans.
