    Kevin I have your Montego (maybe one of the 1st pulls from the mold) I would really like the dash board w/ the gages. So it's in the works?

    Actually this one was built from a resin copy of the Clear Body 69 1 piece body. I have a couple left if you are interested. The 67 Blue car did have the 66 grill opening even though the rest of the car was a 67. It was recently re-released but does not have the hood bubble.

    I need to make some acetate gauges black w/ White letters for both 1/25 & 1/12 scales. Has anybody done this before? If so what do I need to do?

    If that is an "Indy" car then search ebay under models for "indy". I believe his handle is "tounces2jay"

    Thanks Ken. I have both of those and they have the center cover. Your correct I could cut off the center caps.

    The wheels & tires are from the 1/24 Monogram 66 Shelby Mustang. Does any kit have these race style (no hubs) that is 1/25th?

    Hendrix Mfg makes the C600 w/ a sleeper. Check e-bay they are they from time to time.

    I just got an e-mail from Mathew Wells and he said the kit is just not "good enough" to engineer a detail up kit. He said the fit was excellant and Trumpeter did a great job but it is not (Tamiya) quality. Bummer I was really looking forward to this upgrade. Now I will have to do it on my own.

    I am working on the 64 Comet Rallye Car from the East African Safari. I am trying to replicate a surviving car that runs in nostalgia SCCA events. The 1st pics is the car then the current status of the build. PS. If you want to build this car and need the decals PM me.
