  4. Charlie I did my Blue Max Years ago using HOK True Blue Pearl orver white. I then painted the main center stripe becuase I couldn't see getting the decals to lay down over the nose. I decided I didn't need the little black line in the center stripe on the decal.

  8. I would like one too. Especially from the new Revell tool. That hard would be the bumpers and getting the lights on the rear correct. The grill could be photo etched. Someone did one years ago using the 74 Mustang Bumpers as a start.

  10. Greg I added our event (Showdow #20 March 13, 2010) to the event calender. Do you get the Events from the online calender are should we e-mail it to you seperately?
  11. SHOWDOWN 2010 20th Annual March Judged Contest Date: March 13, 2010 Vendor Set-up 8 AM Registration 9:30 AM-Noon The annual Showdown is a traditional judged contest. We award 1, 2 and 3rd place for each of the 21 catagories. In addition we have Master awards for Best Paint, Best Interior, Best Engine Compartment, Best Chassis Detail and Best of Show. Also we have the Bob Barnett award for Best 50's style custom & Richard Dunn Memorial award for Best Nostalgia Drag. Common Kit for the Showdown is the Revell 57 Chevy Black Widow. Registration fee is $15 for the first 2 models, $2 for each additional model with a max cap of $25. No fee will be charged for builders / contestants age 12 and younger.   14. Saturday Nov 7, 2009 is our 5th annual Lone Star NNL. Here is a link to our website and the details.   17. Thanks Matt. That's what I needed. I was going to use them as paint masks w/ Lacquer paint. How do you tell if they are low tack? I already had the VRM decal sheet but the stripes don't fit well around the hood bump so got trashed.
  18. Anybody ever have any laser cut vinyl done? I am looking for some masks for painting the "roundals" on my Cobra Daytona. Any suggestions on cutting a perfect 7/8" circle?

  20. Anybody know the correct color for the 64 Plymouth of Al Ekstrand? It looks turbine bronze to me but I am not sure.
