  1. I'm loving this one. Great color and details. You nailed it. Bob
  2. Worthy of bragging about all I say. All street/Drag machines... Hmmmmmmmm Sorry to hear about Bud. Great club ya got up there eh? Bob Frias MAMA member
  3. Very nice repro of a sweet car. I remember this car from some magazine from back years ago. Feared is right. A true 10 second car in those days would have ruled with no problems. You did a great job all around on it Peter. Bob
  4. Nice detail and great additions to overcome the kits shortcomings. It's an ACE in my book. Welcome to "Under Glass" Bob
  5. I had fun today. Nice to meet you Marcos. Now I have a face to place with the name. See ya next month. Bob
  6. A wonderful effort Peter. I hope my Camaro comes out even close. Bob
  7. Killer build Wayne. I applaude the lengthening of the hood area. It looks spot on and seamless. I wish I had the gumption to try something like that. Me Likey. Bob
  8. DaveZinn, your mailbox is full. You heading to the MAMA meeting Sat? I need to know buddy Bob
  9. Aaaaaahhhh, looking good Charles. I cannot wait to see the body decaled. The Slixx decals are just so easy to work with. It should be flawless. Finish it. Bob
  10. There is something Sinister about that car. Nice Build. Bob
  11. Good looking WIP Caine, keep it up buddy. Bob
  12. I'm in for the duration Wayne.... Great start BTW. Bob

Superb! How bout a few engine bay shots? I need to build one of these. Bob
  16. Thanks George, but it's buried under clear now. The SS could be a smidge higher as well, but no worries. I have the Motion badges for the fenders and the rear. I'll smack em on there and it'll look cool. Thanks Bob
  17. That is completely outta hand Dave. In a good way. I gotta hand to all you guys and those real flame jobs. They are sweet looking. I cannot wait to see it complete. Bob
  18. Here are a few pix from last night work. I did a lot on the motor and other stuff, but I did finish the suspension and wheels so I threw it up on them. I also finished the rear and I have to hand it to AMT. They really made it easy to make it convincing. I'm gonna bite the bullet and paint the lettering on the rear wheels. I painted the redlines on the front and it looks pretty cool. I was not in the mood to foil last night so I put it off for another day. That's nice about having your own agenda and schedule. This kit is exceeding my expectations on all fronts Lots of work currently being performed on the motor so that's on the way shortly. Comments welcomed. Bob
  19. I want one!!!!!!!! Moparfan, you have excellent taste. Giger isn't for everyone that's for sure. But these cars would make a nice introduction to his work. The Kandy cut the brightness of the masked areas a bit and it really works nicely. Bob
  20. That is one of the coolest models I have ever seen, ANYWHERE! Very inventive. Sorta like 'I wish I'd thought of that". Very nice detail as well. Carazzzy. Bob
  21. Cranky, do you see a shrink regular like? MAN, that is some twisted stuff!!!!! I'm a HUGE Giger fan [Have an original coffee table version of Necronomicon in my collection]. His designs are erotic, sublime, mechanical, disgusting, and always outright shocking. Without going overboard, you have captured some of what H.R. Giger is all about. Crazy skills. Bob
  22. Marcos, you and Ron are building some tight little Hurst Olds there. I hope it's done for the March MAMA meeting so you'll bring it. Bob
  23. Outstanding Ron..... I want to see this in person. Make certain you bring it to the next MAMA meeting. I'm sure I'll be there. Bob
  24. Totally nutty! Have no fears though. In the US, we had plenty of "Parts Catalog" cars running around. Can you say JC Whitney? Looks great, especially the seat treatment. Well done. Bob
  25. Very well done. I'm loving this build. Your scratchbuilding style is clever. This is gonna be a BAD GT500. I'm/we're watching........... Bob
