  1. Or maybe "The Lemon Squeeze?" Bob
  2. I like it a lot. This car seems to take to a LOT of different colors. First I've seen in yellow but it works. Of course the "cherry" in Cherry Bomb is no longer there. Please name it. Bob
  3. I have plenty of exterior shots. I need a couple of engine/interior shots though. I Googled of course. Seems unlikely there are any out there. Anyone? Bob PS: I turned this thread into my WIP.
  4. The old mans truck is cool Terry. I have my old mans 72 ULH. I keep it as cool as it always was. Bob
  5. Here is my daily driver my 2000 Chevy Cavalier SS. The SS was strictly an appearance package developed by JBA Chevrolet in Glen Burnie MD. But, being a mechanic and all around hot rodder I added a few tweaks. Mainly a cat back with free flow, larger TB, and a chip as well as better brakes and wheels and tires and stiffeners front and back. It scoots and get looks. It's got killer tunes of course. Bob
  6. Guys, have a look at Dave's AA/FA in the Bog Boys section and be prepared to be WOWED. Big scale definitely has its advantages. EPIC STUFF!!!! I may just end up building at least one of these big cars. I just need to pony up the dough. I'm floored. Bob
  7. Well Dave, let me be the first to say HOLEY MOLEY DUDE!!!!! Everything looks so spot on and realistic. Your skills are welcomed here for certain. I saved the pix to gawk at from time to time. Epic build brother..... Bob
  8. This is gorgeous. I got one last week. Inspiring builds both. Bob
  9. This is shaping up nicely Shane. Well done on the injectors as well.. Finish er up man........... Bob
  10. Impressive indeed sir. That decal scheme looks to be a nightmare.... Paint some red, some silver it looks like. Very, very nice. Bob
  11. I learned something here. I have a bottle of this and tried it on tires and it was awful. BUT, using it as a flattening agent [it's true use] is what I'll now do. Thanks guys Bob
  12. Holy Moly Charlie. I lived all around that city, but mostly the west end. My last residence was on Cottage St. The corner of Cottage and Smith St. That town has a lot of problems. No work, I could go on and on. Good for you on getting outta there. The "fawn" color? I was just going to go to the Hobby store and hope it was sitting there. Hmmmm, you got me wondering now. I'll come up with something. Bob
  13. Here we have Dragline's workbench on a Saturday... Lindbergh 1966 Chevelle SS in the offing. Ooooh, looks like a metallic blue of some sort.... Interior to be a "Fawn" color. This is my kitchen table. I live alone [mostly] so I take my meals in either the living room in front of my 50" Samsung, or at Mums or my girls. I spray my stuff at Mums in her basement. I set it up pretty sweet and she doesn't mind the occasional fume or two. And yes, I am this neat usually. Chaos and me have never mixed. It works for some though. Bob
  14. I'm liking this one... Keep it going and tell us who's car it will be... TOP FUEL... where the money and the glory LIVES! Bob
  15. OK, I wanna build one............. John, please feel free to roam the archives we have here. You're libal to find some nice AA/FC's and Diggers to comment on. Lots of talent around here when it comes to Drag Racing. I'm not saying that because I build Drag cars almost exclusively... LOL Take a look bud. Nice Snake ride there. Bob
  16. I am so building one of these!!!!!!! Yours looks so great dude..... Thank You for sharing..... Bob
  17. Truly impressive with all the thinning and prep work. This is one to watch and the end result is going to be a show stopper I'm certain. Bob
  18. I think this is the coolest car I've seen in some time. It has a Joe Satriani vibe going on which I dig. Satch is a Lamborghini fan I think. As an artist, I have tremendous admiration for your patience in doing this. Bob
  19. I'm going to pick a couple of those up. I remember when they came out in the 80's. I was sure they'd be tricky kits. Monogram decals of that era are not the best. Looks like you got around all the kits foibles to create a great finished model. Looks like it's Millah Time! Bob
  20. Repeated exposure [covered here] is indeed the problem with MC. Also, no matter where it's absorbed, it gets processed by the liver. In time liver failure is the result as well as other complications. Bob
  21. This is super nice. I am watching. Bob
  22. Gorgeous all! I would argue it's the quality not quantity. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. Very nice indeed sir. Bob
  23. Killer build John. It's begging for a set of PE rims. Bob
  24. This really speaks to me John. Where did the body come from......etc? While it's a known car I've never seen one in scale. Resin stuff? Inquiring minds and all. Bob
  25. I have an Accurate Miniatures M8B around here somewhere. This looks to be a good kit. I'll be watching the resurrection Curt. Perhaps I'll start the AM version. I heard they are a challenge. This one looks a tad simpler. Get going....... Bob
