    68 Camaro

Very nice indeed! The color looks great on this thing.
  2. The blue one looks great! Looks like you got a good strat on the other one as well.
  3. That is one really sweet El Camino! Not enough can be said for this little ride.
  4. Love these old Hearses. Something about them just makes them too cool. I love the flames on this and the vinyl top is a good touch too! The stance looks good with those wheels.
  5. Cool paint scheme! I'm sure it'll look great once it's all assembled.
  6. Welcome to the group! Nice build................for a Mustang. NAH J/K Build looks good! For sure, nice parts mixing. Hope to see more from you.
  7. Good save! I like builds like this with a bit of history.
  8. Definitely different. Ilike it!
  9. Nice stuff! Looks like a little time off was good ....... in a way. Hope your job situation changes soon.
  10. All good stuff but that TPI Corvette engine is just over the top awesome! WOW! Great job with that one.
  11. She's a beauty. Very nice looking build and well finished. 2 thumbs up.

    '29 PICK UP

I love these old hot rod trucks! You did this one some real justice, for sure. Like has been said, the stance is great and the finish is great. The flathead engine is just too cool. Nicely detailed and very clean.
  13. Excellent job, very clean build! The color really suits the body style.
  14. These old Caddy's are just too cool! You've done this one justice!
  15. Very nice resto! Very clean, I like it!
  16. You're right! I think the task of masking that thing did pay off. It looks great! This is why I usually paint one color and not more. Masking can be too labor intensive for me and currently I don't have the patience for doing it.
  17. Nice build! I agree, the weathering on this is done very well. I like the rusty chains hanging behind the cab and the water stains under the hood are a particularly nice touch too.
  18. Thanks Uwe. I focused on the interior some since this is basically a curbside build with no chassis or engine details. I figured the interior would need a little more dimension to carry its own weight against the visual dynamics of the body and all.
  19. Thanks, evil c! The grille.....? Hmmm....... I wish I could remember. I kinda think it was "Model Car Garage" Phantom Grille PE kit. it was my first PE install. If I ever find the label to the kit I used I'll pass on the info. I wouldn't hold my breath on that, though.
  20. I had a 60 willys CJ5 not all too long ago and I'm aware of these similarities, thanks for sharing. Knowing this is what prompted me to ask. This is the first I've ever heard this. I never knew these Civvy models were ever reenlisted. Cool bit of automotive history. Thanks! Also good to know. Thanks for sharing your knowledge Art! Also, thanks for the history lesson. Not being much of a historian, I'll be hard pressed to ever remember even half of what you know.
  21. It's coming along beautifully! Can't wait to see what you do with the rest of it.
  22. Nice little racer! Love the color. Very clean. I like the helmet that goes along with it. Adds that just right touch to showing it off.
  23. Nice "Flatty" you got there Art! Not to be critical of such a nice build, but is it me or is it a little strange that the Hogan's heroes kit is a 'CJ' and not an 'M' model?
