  10. Let's see who knows where the nailhead parts came from? Part name & Kit source:
  11. Actually... maybe! The work continues to bring several komponents together now that the power plant has been decided. Going with the Buick Nailhead from the initial '29 Roadster... Easy conversion right out of the box... well at least the long block and auto trans... Heads and intake will be a secret for now but will be a bit out of the ordinary, yet quite suitable for the '29 XPU. Had to narrow the AMT '29 Ford Woody/Pickup Visor just a tad... Should kleanup just fine... JTT & Partners makes some 1:24-1:25 steel diamond plate (thanks, John)... Had to fill in the balance of the forward legs on the box... Enough for now... -KK
  12. How is it that just when you think you've seen it all... up pops one more fantastic modification to an already stunning build! -KK
  13. Not your Father's Depot Hack, Brother! -KK
  14. Bil, been concentrating on the '29 XPU & Tag-Along the tow truck for the '29 TNR... -KK
  15. Wonderful progress, Bob! -KK
  16. Referring back to the last picture in the previous post... the old flat tongue that had been the base for the modified AMT Blue Printer Racing Tandem Trailer tongue broke just as the first drop of CA was 'bout to be laid down... Looke close... A little work to blend the parts and they should end up looking like they belong together...
  17. I'm already way passed impressed with the degree of amazing attention to parts that may never be seen by the casual observer. I have to crawl under my 1:1 '34 PU to see the delicate assemblies and connections you've combined from over the counter and very accessible parts and materials! Looking forward to seeing it and meeting you at GSL XXVIII... -KK
