Very nice. I absolutly love the color. I can see that on a couple custom projects I've got in my head.

A new event is a great idea. No animosity that way. Plus, we get two event for the price of, well, free. Why not go over there and check out the cruise while it's going on, and invite them to check out the one here when it happens? More cool stuff to look at always sounds good to me. Besides, there is very little BS that goes on during the cruise over there, so swinging thru there shouldn't be a big deal.

I've been thinking about doing that same kitbash for a loooong time. How has it gone so far? Any caveats or tips?

I do like your idea of starting something similar here. The way things are headed now I see animosity (some spoken, mostly unspoken) building "over there", and I think a move like that would promote the development of bad blood. But, I'm stradling the fence here, so you guys do what you want.

Hello everyone. I was wondering where a bunch of my favorite modelers had disappeared to after an absence from another board, and I seem to have found most of them. This place seems pretty cool, although it will take some getting used to how to read the messages. I've been visiting the "other" board that many have left recently since it started, so this format is a bit different for me. But enough about that. Here is one of my favorite models that I've built, just to give some of you guys who don't know me a taste of what I build. Hopefully the people who do know me won't mind my being here. A bunch of you guys I'd missed and hadn't realized you'de gone elsewhere, some guys I still know from elsewhere, and those of you I've never met, I'm looking forward to talking about and sharing models.
