  1. That is so good to hear. I'll be praying it stays away. Good to see you on the forum, too!
  2. Just start working on that super top secret build....and tell no one!
  3. Ding ding ding...of course we all know you were part of a live cast at a midnight showing, as was I. Where else can one dance, sing, ride a bike, make love to a groupie, and be killed by an alien transvestite in about ten minutes? I played the "Eddie" role many a Saturday night in the eighties.
  4. Chitty Chitty Bang bang
  5. I don't wanna be on the W bench, too many bad people, 'specially those caught littering.
  6. You guys can prattle on all you want about free programs, but for me when I try and download, all I get is requests for credit card numbers and a price. So you expect me to believe this next round of free downloads are truly free? The last one I did only fixed 20 of the 900 and some problems I had and then asked for money. Further perusing of the "free" site said, OK it's free but first you have to accept on of our offers...WHICH COST MONEY. I am truly tinkled when I sit for an hour during a scan only to be asked for money.
  7. George, no mad houses in the Milwaukee / Waukesha area NNL, just models and a nice swap the next day.
  8. Maybe using a chassis from a different kit like the DM600 Mack. Those suspensions are separate in that kit.
  9. hey hary, instead of snapping them apart, leave the scored lines as the actual tiles.
  10. Trust me guys, this is going to be good. can't quite comment on the actual facts, but something is coming. I have been sworn to secrecy.
  11. This isn't quite a car flick but does involve a singer on a motorcycle......"One from the vaults"
  12. Beyond Thunderdome (Mad max III)
  13. A Leblanc Mirabeau...not hard when you can see their web url on the car.
  14. http://www.chromeshopmafia.com/site/index.php/ Here ya go! You just lonely , evilone, or doesn't your Google bar work.
  15. I have one of the stock promo Auroras.
  16. Hey Evilone, I have the perfect recipe for ya. It's French! Pain de Cervelle (Brain Loaf) 1 veal (or human) brain 4 eggs, separated 1 cup whipped cream Salt and Pepper to taste 1 cup tomato sauce (or human blood) Soak brain in cold water, 1 hour. Peel and clean. Cook 20 minutes in salted water, to cover; drain; rinse under cold water to harden brain. Grind; add salt, pepper egg yolks, whipped cream and well beaten egg whites. Mix thoroughly and pour into greased mold and bake over hot water for 1 hour. Unmold; serve covered with tomato sauce. Serves three to four. This will definitely push your Yum Button.
  17. Very nice, but the headlights look like little silver BBs. Any way of improving that aspect of it?
  18. Howsa bout the Jaguar hearse seen in the movie "Harold And Maude"
  19. Very nice collection you have there.
  20. Prolly 69-70 bug done in a Baja racer style with Empi exhaust with SuperTrapp baffles
  21. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xN8dP4CoFaw...feature=related Tribute for Jerry. Keep on truckin'. Keep the shiny side up and the greasy side down, slam that hammer down and get that beer to them pearly gates.
  22. Luke, I always liked your posts with the old race cars on made up kit boxes. I've always known they were spoofs, but that because I are smart, and not a whiney weenie nanny.
  23. My Gramps was a member of the machinists union (don't know the acronym) and the UAW while at Briggs & Stratton. My father was a member of the railway workers union with the Milwaukee Road and later the Soo Line. I am not a member of any union myself, but know the benefits of union membership. I would have to say that in the early days of union organization, the Socialists had their greasy hands in there. I was fiddling with the radio in the car today and came upon NPR programming of classical music. The host of the show was playing all Russian composers in celebration of Labor day. HMMMM. Had I continued the listening, I probably would have heard the Marseillaise and the Internationale.
