  1. Pretty much the same as I do. Are you a job shop for other companies? You could always send us the production work, keeping it in the US.
  2. Since I live in Wisconsin, I hope to see this car.
  3. I like the DM and FM cars, too. I have a couple of them. I tend to choose ones I can't get as plastic kits. I just wish they would find a better way to address the door hinge problem. Great looking models only to be ruined when you display the doors open.
  4. Quite true, plus I get to make my own cables for the DJ business I have.
  5. 68 GTO dash? That's a rare bugger.
  6. They have vaccine shots for that. Being Diabetic, I get them when the doctor can pin me down. (I hate needles) Had all my shots this year...flu, pneumonia, distemper...uh just kidding on the last one.
  7. I knew a black guy around here who drove a General Lee charger clone and brought it to car shows, battle flag and all. Says he was just a fan of the show.
  8. HMMMMM, where does one keep over a thousand unbuilt models living in a small two bedroom apartment? I have the majority of them in the bedroom stacked up along the wall on my side of the bed, others are in the closet and yet some more are in the front closet in boxes.
  9. I work at Custom Wire Industries. I make coaxial cable terminations for all kinds of coax cable from large diameter stuff to the rigid coax which is at .037 Outside Diameter. I'm currently involved with making stuff to help armed forces detect and render IEDs in-operative in the field. I also do receiving and inspecting. I am the bane of any engineering staff at any company we do work for. I am the one that calls them and says "Are you nuts? We can't build this as designed". I've been at this company since 1991. I also create auto art at car shows for extra money and I don't even have to sell myself anymore, people come up to me as soon as my car shows up at the show wanting drawings. When I get the scanner up, I will post some. I'm no Jairus, but I hold my own. I also have a small DJ service. I only do car shows and similar events...mostly for charity, so I keep the rates quite low.
  10. It wasn't Pepsi, it was a bottle of YooHoo chocolate drink.
  11. What about figure 8 drivers? Seemed like a crazy bunch there.
  12. Maybe he used Armorall
  13. Don't forget the 55, same body but with a V8. I don't know specifics of color options there but I think Bronze was a color offered that year.
  14. And why such a weird scale? I don't understand that at all. I think that the engine will look mighty nice in that scale. I think Mr. Obsessives detailing would be out of this world.
  15. Easier said than done
  16. Even as an old fart( I remember skate boards from the sixties...short pieces of wood with metal wheels) I supported local building of a skate park. I seem to remember a Dan and Jean tune about sidewalk surfing. Its chorus went "bust yer buns, bust yer buns"
  17. Iu wa yasaku okonau wa katashi
  18. Maybe we could hire ole Zebulon to proof read.
  19. Nihongo wa watashi ni muzukashii-desu
  20. Daijobu desu. Konbanwa!
  21. Yeah, not bad for a Haole though, eh?
