  1. I'm using "lordairgtar". Ya'll got a Gregg there already.
  2. the walmart in Burlington Wisconsin had no selection at all, maybe 5 kits, all Donks. When I went to the WM in Mukwanago, it was like walking into a small hobby shop, tons of kits, HOK paints and the illusive Revell Merc. I did not get it but i did walk away with the Lindberg L700-trailer-40 Ford Combo for $24.95. I couldn't pass that up. Not sure what to make of that Ford. Kinda like the AMT kit but something was not right, Palmer tooling maybe? Plus the Ford chrome had so much thick flashing around the bumpers. That tool had seen better days. The truck looked OK.
  3. That should be "how many Gregg's does it take to screw UP an avatar?" :D
  4. AWWWW, What a cute doggie
  5. White Fruit of the Loom? Were they boxers or tighty whiteys, perhaps made of a Nomex / cotton blend?
  6. I don't know how to do any of that. I stooopid!
  7. ...And I'll bet the guy with the XXL donut locker will say "Hey, I can still fit in my high school clothes." Seems his gun belt never let his fat get to his legs and butt...Yes I am a big guy as well and can say that, too.
  8. http://www.gcip.co.uk/ Here's a European supplier of plastics.
  9. http://www.tk560.com/vactable4.html Try this sight for the vacuform making. This one is large scale for star war geeks who make StormTrooper uniforms, but it's the technology you want to learn.
  10. I think acetate can be found anywhere in the world, just surf the net a bit. You can also find how-tos on vac-u-forming and how to make a vacuformer. Then all you need to worry about is making the wooden buck for the clear plastic (acetate or lexan) to form around.
  11. Really awesome , Bob. Like the Beer wagon you did. I would have never thought of using a Cosworth.
  12. I'm curious as to what you have in regards to that Buick. Is it a diecast or a kit and what scale is it? I don't recall any 1/25th or 1/24th scale 55 Buicks. Those nailheads all had that same look with the heads and valve covers. the valve covers sat level horizontally, instead of the normally angled set up.
  13. We have all that in Wisconsin. It's just covered with white stuff half the year.
  14. I seem to remember some 1/32nd scale kits with chrome parts, can't remember who it was but they were vintage cars like these.
  15. This is one of my favorite show cars from GM. It was even in an Elvis Movie. "It Happened At The Fair"
  16. We got your "point"
  17. Oh , thats the well known Mexican builder Chup E. Kabra
  18. Good job Chris! Kudos!
  19. I used to be an actor in a haunted house and the little gang-bangers were always the first to want to get the H*** out. They just wet themselves.
  20. Those switches are cheap and easy to come by. Is it a Broan? Wiring will be like your house, not like your car. Try this link. http://www.gamerabaenre.com/spraybooth.htm
  21. The site says I am not registered and when I try to register, it says my username and pass are already entered. ???????????
  22. http://www.thedpmcc.com/instructionsintro.html model instructions Try this linky. It will help you with the 65 Fairlane anyways.
  23. I really think that Malibu actually looks good (and I ain't 80). The challenge will actually work towards Chevrolets benefit if people will go to the showrooms. The bowtie has a winner here in this sedan. As far as the eighty year old commen t goes, what is a good thing is when the car appeals to a whole range of age and socio-economic demographics like the Camry does now. I do see an awful lot of Malibus around here. Toyota stuck their own badge on a Cavalier and sold it as a Toyota in the JDM.
  24. I've always tried to emulate Roy in my work. Good quality and being a grouch.
