    I'm still planning on updating a Winston Cup Luminacarlo chassis to use with one of these bodies. Not sure how much is different, and not sure how I'll replicate Chevy's new NASCAR-spec V8, but I've got nothing better to do with myself, I'll figure it out! I just wish they'd bring out the Fords already!

    Yes, old RC2 plastic is the worst! I can attest to that much. I took to using a barrier or sealer on those. Oh, you also don't need to worry about ghosts if they're friendly.

    I've personally had it happen quite a bit with styrene, but never resin. I actually think doing body mods in resin is a bit easier in most respects than styrene plastic.

    Now ya have! Wait... WHAT muffler... The red Pro Streeter is in the Pro Street Pickups thread in the trucks section- its about the only still-recognizable Dodge I have in my stash!

    The '92 kit may be molded better, but the '05 version would work if the price is that much better. I'd go with the '05 issue.

    So, what you're saying is VW needs to quit reaching into the past for styling cues, and instead develop a ground-breaking new car that will be worthy of inspiring 'retro' cars 50 years from now? Sounds like a good idea to me! Sadly,though, I think the golden age of automotive styling ended a long, long time ago.

    I got the SSP Revell '59 Ford Retractable, and sorry sports fans, it's 'stock only' this time except for some cheesy '80's style decal graphics. Still won't stop me from having a little fun with it, though.

    I was thinking more of a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle, at least from that rear 3/4 shot. I'll have to let it soak in before I know if I like it or not... (I mean the New New Beetle, I like TMNT. )
