I'm eagerly awaiting the release of this kit / promo as well, and I believe your right about the C6. I don't recall it took this long for it to be released. I happened to see my first 2014 Stingray this past week. It looks so much better in person. And sounds incredible.

Len, I believe GM asked for some unspecified changes to the promos and snap kits, which is likely the reason for the release dates changing regularly.

Odd thing I discovered about my Challenger kit. It has the chassis for the Camaro included instead of the correct Challenger chassis. I emailed Revell and it was confirmed my kit received the wrong chassis by mistake. Al Klockowski from Revell was very helpful and provided a means for me to obtain a replacement correct chassis at no charge. Only trouble, their parts replacement service doesn't yet have any spare parts in stock for these kits. Reckon I'll have to be patient until spare parts for these kits are stocked.

Scott, they are doing both the roadster promo as a 2015 in Velocity Yellow with black interior and the coupe promo as a 2014 in Laguna Blue with black interior.

Scott, I checked with my dealer today, and I've been informed the promos have slipped again to the end of Dec. Apparently, GM asked for some unspecified additional changes.

Very nicely done, I always liked that movie. Very sharp.

Last I read the snap 2014 kit was due in Dec. 2014 sometime. But then, lots of issues could come up to push them back, so it's not unusual for release dates to slip. I like the way this looks, I'm enjoying these simplified pre painted kits from Revell. They'll make nice shelf models.

I have a bunch of Humbrol tins from the early 80's, still unopened, and I can tell they're good because I can hear the paint sloshing around when I shake them a little. Don, those builds you posted are very cool.

What a difference some custom wheels and custom paint can make. Nice clean build, very well done.

I no longer use a photo hosting site Scott, otherwise I'd be happy to post some images. I haven't built either kit yet, but for being a step above a snap kit, they look really nice.

Just recently obtained one of these myself. I like it. I got the Camaro also. Both have great paint, a bit more than a snap kit, but not to the level of a full detail kit. I sure hope Revell does more of these. I saw where a black/silver Camaro and orange Challenger are due out in Dec. sometime.

Very impressive build. I like it a lot, especially the color combination.

I started off many years ago with a Badger 350. Bought it in 1979 and used it until I bought a Paasche model H in 1982. Been using that same Paasche ever since, my favorite airbrush. Like Snake, I have a couple others but find using the Paasche H model is my favorite. It's dependable and easy to use and clean as well. Selecting an airbrush is usually a personal preference, but if you like the Badger, nothing wrong with sticking with it. But if you're interested in moving up to another airbrush, take a look at the Paasche model H.

Great restoration. I actually owned one of these in high school, way back...when. Built like a tank.

I agree with Steve. If it's a small spot, you can try using a Q-tip with a little Novus #2 (or equivalent) polish and work out the glue smear with gentle polishing. I've successfully managed to polish out a small super glue smear using this technique. It might work with regular styrene glue smears also.

I'm eagerly awaiting both the promos and the snap kit. Seems like each new generation of snap kits get better and better (excepting the Revell 2015 Mustang which is geared toward children). The Revell Mustang is still an enjoyable kit for me though.

Scott, latest info. I have from the promo dealer I buy from is that the promos are delayed yet again until late Nov. I believe there's a coupe and roadster coming.
