  1. Nice theme collection!
  2. Here one of the las add to my collection. It is a 1948 ACE Jeep Jeepster, I wanted this kit for soooo long, but was very difficult to find, and the price sometime was over the double zero... Finelly I found this one at a decent price, it is still complete, and I will not build it. The box, I don't know if the price ($1) is original or add later, If original it was kind of spendy... Open box, always a magic thing... The instruction... All the parts, a few are extra.
  3. Thanks! Now I need a break, I just finish to scratchbuild this:http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=53547 Toke me 5 months, and the last two weeks for get it done I had to work hard... There is not poker room... There is also no back seat... Only a rulette. Kind of, crazy floor, and a lot of shiny stuff...
  4. Nice collection! Are those 1/43 scale?
  5. Soon we should go in NV to check all those casinos...
  6. Thank you guys! I made the slot machines, using a pattern, so was easyer made all of three. Here the "official" post with all the pics of it. http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=56805
  7. I built this one last year, as Stardust Casino Tribute, just because I really like the Stardust, and in the 60's I think it was a the top, so build a '62 Impala was a nice fit... Here the kit, I don't build a lot of newer kit, but this one was very nice, nice plastic, kind of soft, that you can cut easily. Nice decals and tires too... The first thing I did was make the front wheels turn... Th trunk, I build it in a custom way, for have more space I need to let fit the three slot machines. It is time for work on the body... First thing was to remove all the molding, not to difficult to do because of the soft plastic. After swapping the roof with one I had from a '69 SuperBee, the reason I didn't like the stock roof, because of its bend that looks a convertible and it is too square... The SuperBee one, was better for it... The front end part, on top of the grille also was modified, made little more pointy... The inside of the hood was covered as much as possible... Here the chassis, it was lowered a little bit, newer front springs, and tires... The dashboard was also modified, I don't know how many time I try it with the interior and body for make fit all together... The front end with the same grille pattern also on the bumper. Side... Here you can have a little idea of the back of the interior, I simulate the color scheme like on the hotel. Here another picture that someone took at one show, you can have a better idea of the blue/red scheme on the back of the interior. This one, the blue/red with the diagonal cut. From the pic above you can see only stripes... Door interior... Wanna play??? Here a better view for the slotmachines. I build all three of them, I probably still have somewhere the original pattern I made... On the right, you can see a matchbox from the casino...
  8. Thank you guys! A few more... Dashboard... Here a picture from last year show, I don't know who toke it, but at least you have a better interior shoot. I will open a post later about it.
