  1. I didn't make any progress lately, I'm kind of sad/disappointed, because I order some wheels and tire for this truck from a kind of famous truck resin website. And I got the tires. First of all, there is a big space between the wheels and the inside of the tire. I was kind of disappointed, after seen that so I contact the seller, he told me to fill up the space with plasticard. And if I'm not happy with them, he told me to send them back for a refund. Think that I paid almost $30 for 4 tires and wheels. But any way, I did fill up the space on all 4 tires, and it came out pretty good. But I notice that the tread on the tire is not flat... So I decide to trash all the tires... Was not worth for me to spend other money for ship the tires back, next time I will buy a whole kit for the same money o little more, at least I have a great product to work with. Here you can see the space. Here the tread, this is one of the best tire. If I sand it, I will not have any trad left.
  2. Looks good! Geep going!
  3. Thank you both guys! Yes, I like use material that I can find easily in the house for build my models. Here another one in 1/24 it is a 1944 Armored Lancia 3RO, used a the end of WWII in Italy. All scratch build, with opening door and moving steering wheels and turret.
  4. @Eagle cool sites! I did some more on the cab, but still have tons to do...
  5. Hello guys, long time that I don't write on MCM, but now I'm back... This time I want scratch build an old Italian truck. It is a Fiat... Here a reference picture, so for who don't know this truck, can have an idea. My idea is to build the same cab, but used on a two or three axle truck. Here a little step cutting the side. And here a little idea of the cab. It needs tons of works...
  6. Thank you guys for all the replies... I think to go with the Aaronw link. Those wheels looks the close to match the one in the pic.
  7. I'm looking for some wheels so in 1/24-25, but Where I can find them? Andi kit that has them? Thanks
  8. I'm scratch building a Cherokee XJ (84-96) in 1/24. The body is almost done, need some putty, primer and should be ready to go. When I can I will take a pic of it. You also can find XJ in those scale, some are pretty rare. 1/55, 1/64, 1/43, 1/30 1/28, 1/20, 1/12 and 1/10... At least those is what I found/have in my collection. This is in 1/20, it was a 84-96 XJ, but I converted into a 97-01 model and RC. On the hood of my 1/1 XJ.
  9. Cool car! The first two pics I though it was a real car. The hand rail looks a snowy road.
  10. Looks a pretty good start!
  11. Blow some air trough it.
  12. The Hogan's Heros Jeep has two grille, so you can build it as Willys MB (from the Hogans movie) or use the CJ2 grille. You also can look for those kits: MPC Bushwacker, MPC Trailblazer, The Grummmbler... Those have the two grille. I will skip the postal one, first because it is a DJ5 and second because the roof is way too lower.
  13. Agree with Harry! The Classic Pocher where build like high end models, they sold pretty well a the beginning, and after the sales drop... Mostly because of the price. So they started to make all those Ferrari's, Porsche, etc., with less parts, less quality but a better price...
  14. Cool! But I think with the one I'm using, I'm pretty close to the original color. Thank you for the info!
  15. Looks real!!! nice job!
  16. I cut myself many many times... This was the last bad one, during working on the Wild Bee... But a drop of Superglue fix it and I went back to the work.
