  1. Exactly my thoughts. I only build cars, but still enjoy seeing other models. And I can't say I won't ever feel like building something else other than cars someday.
  2. Nice Nova! I like everything you did, great work
  3. Testing... Great! I'm not banned!
  4. Ah, I forgot about that thread. Good thread back from the dead with lots of nice musclecar builds I built a few new ones since I posted here last time; '71 Dodge SuperBee '69 AMC AMX '69 Plymouth GTX
  5. There's something very helpful I use when I wanna learn about stuff, it's called Google! Just type what you are looking for in that little box thingy ("water base chrome" in this case) and you will be surprised at how many pages of information it will show you, even step by step tutos and DIY videos! Just try it, www.google.com ...and then learn all by yourself, leave Dave alone and stop waiting for him to show you, cause I guess he won't.
  6. Hey guys! I'm looking for a '70 Cuda rally hood in 1/25 scale, I looked on a few resin sites but can't find any. Anyone does this?
  7. Looks good Joe!
  8. Well I can say I really like their Dodge 330 super stock cars, and the '64 Belvedere, also the LRW,which are all nice kits that I enjoy building.
  9. Here's entry #16, my '69 AMX
  10. Very nice! Where's the hood scoop?
  11. I have used a few automotive urethane clears (Nason, Redline, Fusion) all are good enough clears for models and have a 4:1 mix ratio and I never thin it. I just spray one nice even coat. A respirator is indeed a good thing to have, spraying a few models without a respirator will not kill you.
  12. Thanks again everyone! Same for me, I built a lot when I was younger, and got back to modeling a few years ago, and this hobby has changed a lot. The internet is an excellent tool for to find kits/parts/supplies, and learn tricks from experienced modelers. Just this helped me a lot in building better models.
  13. I think those AMT B-bodys look ok, they're not perfect, but still look good to me. They're way better than Revell's AAR Cuda.
  14. Give me the choice of wearing a hooded robe or this I'll choose the hooded robe.
  15. Thanx everyone Lee, I have seen some of your models and I'm sure yours will turn out as good if not better than mine. What color did you choose for your GTX? I was hesitating between sunfire yellow and dark green metallic.
  16. Hey everyone! Here's the '69 GTX I finished yesterday. It has a 440 4bbl and 4spd manual transmission. It's the AMT '69 GTX 440 kit, the color is sunfire yellow Y2, I mixed the color myself, it's not the exact color but close enough for me. I had some problems with the redline tire decals, tried 2 sets, and failed miserably. So then I decided to paint the redlines. It's mostly a box stock build, with some added details like wiring, some hoses, seatbelts,... and Keith Marks decals.
  17. Where's the '68 Hemi Dart?
  18. Oh ok I see, I thought that it was the same as here. I'm from Canada and if I ship in the US (with Canada Post), it's the same price for everywhere in the US, including Alaska and Hawaii.
  19. All those fees is the reason why I don't list on feebay anymore. I do buy but don't sell there. I have an emodelcars.com account for a few years now, listed some items a few times but never sold anything. I will go through my stash and list a few items soon. I have a suggestion for the emodelcars sellers, it would be a good thing to mention the postage fee to Canada, I have seen some stuff over there that I would be interested in but I don't bid if I don't know the shipping price.
  20. Very nice! Great work
  21. Awesome! Very well done, detail is fantastic!
  22. Nice Camaro! That paint is awesome You can get some cool license plates here; http://www.acme.com/licensemaker/ I just make the license plate I want, then save the image on my computer, then use word to resize & print
  23. Nice! What are the sizes of these tires?
  24. Thanks guys! Just found this cool video on youtube, it's Dodge's Little Red Wagon TV add in 1965
