  1. That is really creative! The slant 6 turbo was a surprise - I expected to see a 383 or 426 hemi! Great work on this model! Sam
  2. Clean and green! Very nice build. That's a great kit to build. Sam
  3. Nice!! Great paint, and I like the wheels and tires. Good work! Sam
  4. Great build! I love those 50's car as well. Great job on the taillights. Sam
  5. Welcome, Vincent. You'll learn a lot here. There are some serious craftsmen here, and they'll give you lots of help! Sam
  6. Looks great! I like the flathead. Good color and wheels, too. Nice work! Sam
  7. Very cool Plymouth! I love the 50's cars with pastel colors and tons of chrome! This one looks good! Sam
  8. I agree, the hood bulge is too big, but the whole model looks mean! Nice job! Sam
  9. I don't know what it is, but that front end looks like a Jack 'O Lantern!
  10. Very nice Merc, Arnold! Looks so clean in white. Those kits are nice to build. Good work! Sam
  11. I hear you Harry. I've been building R/C planes from balsa and plywood for 40 years. I build mostly from scratch or modify kits, and there is something nice about the feel of cutting, shaping, and sanding wood. I like to use wood on car/truck models for floorboards, pickup beds, etc. and a couple teardrop trailer models I built. Sam
  12. My thoughts exactly about that hood! Very nice build! The paint is perfect! Sam
  13. Very nice build! The weathering is very believable on the body and the wooden bed parts. I thought it was real when I looked at the first photo! It looks good in the weeds! Sam
  14. Great looking Mopars! I really like the convertible. Sam
  15. After being down for two weeks because of malware warnings, I'm surprised the admins would allow ads like this. Seems like we're asking for trouble. Admins, please don't be offended. You have a tough job, and you do it well. I just would not have allowed ads in the posts. Sam
  16. Simply amazing, Alain! You must get some heavy snowfalls in Quebec! Great work!! Sam
  17. Wow! That is an incredible model! Great detail! We have some big plows here in central PA, but I've never seen one with two blades like that. The model looks very real in your photos. Excellent work! Sam
  18. It looks......ratty..., in a good way! Nice work on the weathering. The striping on the dash is a cool touch. Good work! Sam
  19. Very cool, Jim! I like the 56's. The doors on those kits are buggers, though. Mine never want to stay closed or fit right. I used that custom front end on a 56 I built a few years ago. You can see what I mean about the doors in this pic:
  20. Very original thinking on this design! Really well done! Mr. Bones adds a lot! Sam
  21. Nice! Great 70's vibe! It looks real in those photos. Good work! Sam
  22. Very nice build! Looks great in black, and you did a good job on those tires. Good work! Sam
  23. I'm guessing model - in a scale larger than 1/25, maybe 1/16 or 1/12. I wonder how passengers got into and out of that back seat, especially women in the long dresses of the time. It must have been awkward! Sam
  24. That is art on wheels! Amazing work! Great details - it all looks real! Sam
