  1. Very Nice Clean Build! I like the gas station also.
  2. Nice job. I'm guessing at least one of these is a Kyosho, What model had the Left hand drive? Tom
  3. Looks great. The tail lights are real nice and the grill opened up makes a huge difference.
  4. This is Awesome! I have a large collection of 1/16 Farm & Construction equipment so I am going to follow this for sure. Thanks for sharing
  5. NICE! I love these Willys. Your color choice is going to look great. I have never sprayed the nail polish before, is it normal to be that rough? That looks like a lot of work I have four of the Gasser kits and one street rod kit and have not started one yet, been too busy with the diecasts. I do have four built Revell kits in my collection that were given to me by friends that knew I loved the Willys. I need to dig one out and get started.
  6. Nice Start!
  7. Thanks, I do have a few diecast. You have to watch the Welly cars, some are only 1/26 and smaller. They don't have the detail I want in diecast but could be fun to modify if they have something you're into. AzTom
  8. To my knowledge, none of the GMP or Danbury cars have ever been made in the US. This was posted on the Danbury's Facebook on Dec 28 .. but this car came out in like 2008 I think. Danbury Mint Die-cast Cars: Get a jumpstart! Watson T-Bird brochures just went out! Make sure you get yours http://bit.ly/Sw4f21
  9. Mine above is 650 x 521, the photo in the post above your post is 800x600. I use Fotki, you can set the album to what you want. Welcome.
  10. Those are great. Any chance of getting your Ansons made in 1/18 & 1/12 scale?
  11. Looking great ..... can't wait to see some lumber.
  12. Still working on getting the room set back up.
  13. Nice Rust. Welcome back.
  14. I don't think it's cast Iron, maybe diecast? My first thought was the Hubley Corvette but the engine "insert" does not sound right. Going to need to see the photos, several have been made in 1/12 to 1/18 scale. Any markings on the bottom?
  15. That is Awesome! I love those old White 3000 cab overs. The Yat Ming fire trucks are about DM quality so it's a great fit. Thanks for sharing. AzTom
  16. Get the Acatone Free nail polish remover out and get started Keep us posted
  17. I agree with cobraman. The Dart and GTX might look good with the graphics washed off and new wheels.
  18. Great colors on the blue and white one. The Police car looks much nicer with the rims painted black. Although we appreciate telling us what scale they are, it does not matter here. All scales are welcome! I have from 1/256 to 1/6 scale AzTom
  19. First Gear does make some very nice 1/25 scale items. Here is the Dodge van mentioned above and the Metro van They made an El Camino and a B Model Mack but I can't find my photos of them.
  20. Thanks for the info. I did some research based on that and came up with 1978. The first one is on a 1978 ad for White trucks. It appears the 1979 and newer trucks had side marker lights. AzTom
  21. That is Too neat, lol Nice display AzTom
  22. If I remember correctly, Dave upgraded the tires in the Henry J kit. AzTom
  23. Thanks Jim, I like the tubes because you can put shorter pieces in if you want, although sliding the brass in them may scratch the insides up. I'm kind of cheap, I have $20.00 in mine and have 160+ holes, lol I haven't done anything with my styrene yet. Need to sort it and see how many different item I have. I too like to be organized, it just doesn't always happen
  24. The best money I've spent on hobby tools is a good magnifying light. I broke down and bought one of the larger rectangular ones, about 7x5 lens, and is was worth every penny. You will never go back to those 4-5 in round ones. You can see it in my recent post on the Saturdays workbench.
