1956 Chrysler 300B (*** Finished 22 Nov 15 ***)

Beautiful work Tim. Can I ask what type of airbrush you use and what pressure you spray at? Those paints look great. -
I've never been much of a fan of the Daytona/Superbird style, but you are doing an awesome job on this and I'll be watching. Did the carbon fiber for the motor come with the Viper kit or did you apply it yourself? It looks great!

I haven't been to this show in a few years either, but in the past there's been a good turnout for the model car show and it's always a great 1:1 show too. Worth going if anyone's in the area.

Amazing work Harry and interesting tid bits with the history and all. The hidden level of detail is incredible to me but very cool to see it go together.

This one's pretty sweet. Love that 409 and the channel job. -
I'm having the same problem on my Galaxy S5 using the chrome browser, which is the only one I have on my phone. I cleared the browser history, cookies etc but the site formats for a desktop and not a mobile device and won't even let me pull up my profile or sign in. I too view the site mainly on my phone. I'm using an android phone. Stock android web browser. Samsung Galaxy S4 I fixed the problem on my phone: I had to set the "theme" at the bottom of the page to "Default". Once I did this, it formats correct for a mobile screen.

Cadillac Fleetwood Le Cabriolet Lowrider 1/10
Ryan S. replied to Bricksonwheels's topic in Model Cars
To do this in Lego is phenomenal. Outstanding job! How long does something like this take to complete, from planning stage to the end? -
Thanks for the tip. I didn't know about this app and ironically, I'm redoing a lot of paint in my house and this will come in handy. Of course the fact that it will work on model car bodies and parts is a bonus as well!

Beautiful paint work on that so far!

Nice builds! How did you do the metal finish on the '34? It looks really good, like real metal.
-
The hood looks real good with that scoop. I'll be watching!

I really dig this too. I like the phantom windshield; it's real clean mounted like that. I think a grill shell would be a nice addition but I really like the headlights mounted low like that. A nice touch!

I'm thinking real, but this one is a tough call.

Another excellent build. That is some beautiful paint.

41 Chevy pick up
Ryan S. replied to slammedi'am's topic in Model Trucks: Pickups, Vans, SUVs, Light Commercial
Looks great. Those wheels look real good in the sleeves. How did you go about lowering it? Ive got one I'd like to get similar stance on. -
Harry, what is your method of actually spraying the Spaz Stix Chrome? Are you using it right out of the spray can or decanting and airbrushing? If out of the can, what distance and angle are you spraying from? Your application looks really good and while I've only sprayed a few things, mine came out more silver than chrome looking. Nice job on all the other building on this!

This is pretty cool. Saving something destined for scrap and making neat "art" out of it. These would look good hanging on a wall in a man-cave or even decorating a garage. Thanks for sharing!

Beautiful work. So smooth and great color combo.

1/25 Revell '29 Model A Roadster 2'n'1
Ryan S. replied to mrknowetall's topic in Car Kit News & Reviews
Would the chroming process with the clear coat and chrome thickness soften the heart shape on the radiator shell some? Perhaps its designed for that effect taken into account? Just a thought. -

There's a lot of cool parts in this. I think Revell is going to sell a lot of these kits. I know I'll probably get a few.
