  1. Wow!!!!!!! What a beautiful racecar!!!!! This kit was very expensive. My heart rate was up and pounding like i was being watched by thousands of people as i put the decals on. It was like i was in the decal superbowl or something. And the crowd goes wild......... The decals laid down great. The only issue was that all the clear sections holding the tentacles should have been removed before install. Had to cut them on the car. That was hard. Did not want to ruin one of the better paint jobs i have ever done.
  2. What? Models come with instructions!!!!! That must be those things i always throw away first.

  14. with CNC machines, a new too could be cut out in a week. especially if outsourced to Korea or China
  15. PE time. I hate PE time. I went to my lhs and he sold me this array. Apparently, the one in the center is to stop crazing. The one on the left is for sticking your fingers together and the one on the right is to save you a trip to the ER. This is the natural position of blocks car on the WRC tour.
  16. I color sanded and polished my ken block ford focus and i could not the gloss to shine after. It endend up a matt This is ok because i did not want a shinny rally car. In fact i am going to muddy it up. Anybody ever use alclad gloss. Were u able to get the shine back. I could get tamiya ts13 to shine after polishing but i can no longer find it.
  17. Sooner or later im gonna get it how i want it. I made some extra room by cutting the dry wall out and making shelves for paint. Made some labels for my tamiya paints. Still have a few more to make. Any other ideas to "make space" in a small area or any Organization tip to add? Sarting out at 730 am
  18. Now that i am gettiing close to finishing, here is my next kit to jump on. Cant wait. I will probably get 97.8% finished with block and never complete it. Am i alone on that one or is it a rampant disorder.
  19. You have hit the hammer on the head. I mean the nail on the head
  20. Wow. That is the local drag strip near my home town The rock. Interesting Fact. The people that own the rockingham dragway sold www.therock.com to the WWF for over a million dollars. They bought it from a jeweler in nyc for 10,000.
  21. The decals laid down like a three year old after downing a monster enery drink. They needed tones of releif cuts to get them to touch the car. I cut some white off other kit decals to go over these areas on the bumper and a nother decal was addes just to hide this booboo The monster energy decal also needed help to lay down around the wheel well Getting to the short rows. The wheels and rear spoiler are done
  22. Dont worry about spelling. I dont. Just get it close enough
  23. I must have primer that is danger extreme. Regular primer just dont get me on the edge of my seat anymore.
  24. Nice. This thing is hot. Do you have a name for it
