  2. Hi you all, thanks so far for the suggestions and help. David those links of yours will help out alot man, thank for posting them. I took 4 hours off last night and did research on the 1965 Mustang and save quite afew ref photos for the project. My wife wants me to really detail this one for her. Looks like the interior will be getting a major redo when that time comes. I need help with finding photos of the wiring though through out the real cars.
  3. The Interior The box This here is all I got with the kit
  4. Slight issue I can handle
  5. Hi you all, well with a few projects going on, My wife likes the old Mustangs so shes been asking me to build her a model of one for her. I told her I would build one, well last week ago, I went into my local hobby shop to see Floyd, low and behold what did her just have come in... a 1/12 partly assembled or assembled model of a Mustang setting down in a box with quite afew other model cars. I asked about the Mustang and we talked for afew minutes. I got the project at a very good and cheap deal really for it's size. My wife picked a name out already for the project. I got most of the parts with it but for the front bumper which I am looking for one for on it. I am going to detail this one with a few things to name off is working lights, interior lights, tail lights, open and closeable door, hood, trunk. I have ideas for a lot more stuff on this one. But I would like ideas, and also suggestions from you all also. Anyways here is some photos of the project. I will do my best to post only afew photos at a time after today.
  6. Nice builds man, This would make a very nice Tribute to Paul Walker. PS about the Charger model, get a Revell one.
  7. I search on the topic, could it have been a Bronco's 1/35 AA Staghound?
  8. Any comments towards the project is always welcome. I hope you enjoyed the update on the project.
  9. Hi you all, well this year has been strange. I'm back to working on this project. With me loosing track of where I was. I decided to start with making a chassis prototype. After doing a lot of research online for ref photos. I still have questions about where the air ducts are ran to inside the car, the fuel lines, stuff like that. IF anyone can post photos of stuff like that or any other areas it would be great. Now down to the chassis. I decided to chop the rear trunk area to move things around.
  10. People, this thread is over 2 years old.. I too wonder what ever became of this project?
  11. I'll say the 5 pound bottle looks more correct due to if you eyeball the top piece in place along with the valve piece it fits right and would turn out the right longness. The bigger 10 pound bottle over takes everything in one shot and also would over take everything even more when all parts of it are in place it would turn out to be too long anyway you went it looks like.
  12. The clamps reminds me of prona fish. LOL
  13. I know the set is he is talking about. It has Smokey & the Bandit 1, Smokey & the Bandit 2, Smokey & the Bandit 3, and Smokey & the Bandit 4 (with John Schneider (Bo Duke) as the Sheriff) .
  14. Comments are always welcome towards the project.
  15. The modifyed console with the kit console
  16. Trunk pan in the making
  17. Hi you all, still working on at things. I took alittle time off from the back end area and started to do some work on the console. I am going to be well trying to use real wood on this project for the wood grain stuff. I built my own mini table saw to make the wooden pieces for this project plus another one. The trunk pan still needs to be fab up yet with using a different thickness of stryne. I also had to glue the chassis into the shell for the time being. Here is some photos. I had a issue here as the gap was two different sizes
  18. I like this build, and will state for the record these are also the kind of builds I really like to follow as well. Harry, you got a viewer here. Keep up the great work!
  19. Everything looks good. But I like to point out you could use alittle more paint on the brown area of the dash and also down the sides. Everything else looks good!
  20. Well I'm getting ready to make the trunk pan stamps this weekend.
  21. Any updates on this project? loving watching your builds.
