  1. Boy, That is one tough lookin build Roger. You really captured the look.
  2. You guys will be in my thoughts. Seeing or, hearing about a sick child is one of th worst things in the world. So sorry to hear about this.
  3. Very nice job. may I ask where you got the HO scale Pintos?
  4. just my opinion but, I would not pay more than $10.00 for it. Nikko is pretty cheap stuff. Not made to be repaired if it breaks, cannot do any hop ups to it. Your basic store quality R/C. There are a few older hobby shop quality R/C cars out there that may be worth some coin, this is not one of them though by any stretch. That is just my view though.
  5. very clean build. Perfect color choice.
  6. just plan STUNNING! That is how the original should have looked.
  7. Looks great. The wheels really work with that car, as does the color. Super clean build over all.
  8. Again, A HUGE thanks going out to Sully and, the rest of the Three River club members. What a great bunch. You guys treated us like kings and, run a nice show. Sully, glad we finally got to meet up. Felt just like we have known each other forever. An extended thank goes out to Scott from A B Charles Hobbies. Thank you for taking the time to talk to us about the 65 year history of your family business. Yep folks, this shop has been family run for 65 years. They have everything from craft items to R/C stuff, plastic to several slot car tracks and, everything in between. Heres wishing you guys another 65 years.
  9. Looks good. reminds me of what was going on with 1:1 rods in the late 80's, early 90's.
  10. Man, that is one crazy build. some very nice scratch building there.
  11. Gonna have to say UGLY. The wheels do remond of one of my favorite foods though,,,waffles.
  12. Dude, aint your dog deaf and, blind? You still can't outsmart him?? Jeez!!
  13. Really lookin forward to the show. gettin out and, meeting the customers is always fun. Wont hurt that we get to do a little shopping too. Road trips with Jeff and, kev are a blast. Any locals know of any good hobby shops, flea markets and, the like?
  14. Job well done. Nice to see one done up as a drag car.
  15. Sorry Sully,,Reckon I should have phrased that Detroit rednecks.
  16. Sully, You are gonna buy us Detroit boys dinner, right(LOL) Yeah, Sully really has been helpful with his master work for me. Even before that he has been a good fella. Gonna be cool to meet up.
  17. Thanks guys. We hope to be adding some new stuff in the next few weeks. One of which will be a dual plug distributor for the mighty Hemi (they are ready to go, just not on the site yet). a few wmore wheel sets as well.
  18. In the last few years Revell took a bit of a gamble by bringing out all new tooling of kits we already had. I am talking about both the 55 and, 58 Chevy and, 49 Merc. I think the gamble paid off. We got some great kits and, Revell sold these kits with ease. This got me to thinking about what other kits would be well suited for the same treatment. Here a few kits that I would like to see all new tooling of and, feel would sell well. 63-64 Galaxie 71-73 Mustang Fox body Mustangs 79ish Camaro What would you like to see.
  19. Nice job. The color and, wheels really set it off.
  20. I'm with the others here. The revell kit is the best 32 roadster of all time. The Three window, five window and, sedan from the same line are great kits as well. Not to mention the Speedwagon (custom woodie) from the same line is a great kit as well.
  21. Nice to see an ols vintage kit get built. After all, that is what models are for. You did an exelent job.
  22. This is good info to have. Thank you for bringing it up. And, thanks Gregg for the reply.
  23. I like it. looks like it could be used to do advertising for a trendy night club or, something. Hope she liked building and, will be doing more.
  24. George is right danny. Good bunch of fellas there. They are even nice ebough to let George in.
