The color is a mix of Testor's Gold and something "orangy" I mixed that I can't even remember. There was no clearcoat used on it, just a slight wetsanding and polishing.

Turned out sweet, I am currently putting one of these together and using Historic Racing Miniatures engine, no doubt it is one sweet looking build when completed as witnessed by your pictures!

I am still so surprised to see so many club members and modeler friends who don't know anything about this forum or others. Some of them have a million questions for me at times and I always repeat the same thing over and over again about joining the forums. -
