  1. You are "insane in the membrane"!!!!!!! This is out of this world, love all the realistic details on those engines!!!
  2. I have been using the Citadel washes lately on my engines and I am very pleased with them. I like the fact that you can apply them liberally since they go on pretty light and you can always add more as you go if you so desire. Here are a few of my engines... Hosted on Fotki Hosted on Fotki Hosted on Fotki I have also used them around my chassis and other parts like wheels and the Bare Metal Foil around the windows. Hosted on Fotki Hosted on Fotki
  3. Just as I have always said about Replicas and Miniatures Company of Maryland, Modelhaus is also terrific, go ahead and order with confidence!
  4. Well, I can't be a sore loser, congratulations to the Packers. There's always next year.....
  5. Yeah, thank the Steelers for the turnovers.....
  6. Very cool, I loved this kit when I built it!!!
  7. So far, I like the tri-spokes best, I am old school and have never been too crazy about low profile tires on these kind of older cars, I would probably try a few more choices before deciding on one of these. I am very much like you when it comes to rim and tire choices so, I feel what you're going through before your final choice....
  8. Magazine, Schmagazine!!! Who needs one when we have all this beautiful information in the forum???
  9. Some of you guys come up with the best ideas, this will be terrific!!!!!!
  10. Dale, as always, great work man!!!! Can't wait to see it in person!!!
  11. Lyle!!! Muy bonito!!!
  12. I also agree, Fotki is much better....
  13. Thank you guys, the challenge is just part of the fun, I just hope I don't get discouraged. If you "Google" Games Workshop you will be able to purchase the washes from them, also, if you have a Games Workshop store near you.
  14. Thanks guys and yes, it's an extremely challenging kit, right now I am not too far from throwing it against the wall. The chassis to body fit issues are going to be crazy, it's the main reason I have not painted the body yet, I am doing a lot of test fitting to try to make it eassier at the end.....
  15. Thanks bro! Those were hand painted using the 2 brushes in the picture, I thought it was too much work masking those things...
  16. Well, I am still at it with the Porsche.... Hosted on Fotki
  17. I have completed the interior, detailed the rims and also started working around the detail in the trunk. Here are the pictures.... Hosted on Fotki Hosted on Fotki Hosted on Fotki Hosted on Fotki Hosted on Fotki Hosted on Fotki Hosted on Fotki
  18. You ain't fibbing brother!!!
  19. Pour the stuff in a small container and just dip your model or part in it. The smaller the container, the less you will waste. You should also be able to use it more than once if you seal it after use.
  20. I have always used Future floor wax which now is called Pledge with Future shine. I just place the P/E part slightly to the side where it will go, dab a small amount of Future and move the P/E part onto it. Once dry, I will cover the whole part with another coat and I am done. I too like to polish the part before installing it. The best way I have found to do this is with the 3 stage sanding sticks, it leaves an incredible shine....
  21. I have been using this stuff for a while and I think it's great but they are not selling it at my local WalMart anymore, I just hope I can get it somwhere else...
  22. I don't need your videos brother but I will tell you this much, there's always something new you can learn, so, I'm still checking them out!!! Thanks for sharing!!
